RF Exposure Evaluation
FCC ID: 2BFDF-G45PRO
Introduction
This evaluation is conducted according to KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 and FCC Part 2.1093. Standalone 1-g head or body and 10-g extremity SAR evaluation is not required for general population exposure conditions when the specified SAR Test Exclusion Threshold conditions are met.
SAR Test Exclusion Thresholds
For frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz, and with test separation distances of 50 mm or less, the SAR test exclusion thresholds are determined by the following formula:
[ (max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW) / (min. test separation distance, mm) ] * [ sqrt(f(GHz)) ]
This calculation must be less than or equal to 3.0 for 1-g SAR, and less than or equal to 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR.
Here, f(GHz)
represents the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz. Power and distance values are rounded to the nearest mW and mm, respectively, before calculation. The final result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison.
Evaluation for Bluetooth and 2.4G
The following table details the parameters and calculations for Bluetooth and 2.4G modes:
Mode | Max Power (dBm) | Tune-up Power (dBm) | Max Power (mW) | Frequency (MHz) | Min. Distance (mm) | Calculated Thresholds | Limit |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
EDR | -5.1 | -5 ± 1 | 0.40 | 2441 | 5 | 0.125 | 3.0 |
2.4G | -13.87 | -13 ± 1 | 0.063 | 2440 | 5 | 0.197 | 3.0 |
Note: EIRP = 81.28 dBuV/m + 20log(3) - 104.7 = -13.87 dBm.
Based on these calculations, a SAR test is not required for the device.
