Leather
Regularly vacuum or wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust. If necessary, clean with a gentle leather cleaner. Immediately absorb any spills with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub. Avoid abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents, as they can damage the leather. Avoid direct sunlight.
Fabric
Regular cleaning is important to keep the textile looking its best and to prolong its lifespan. Dust and dirt wear down the fabric and also weaken its fire-retardant properties. Vacuum frequently, preferably weekly, at half power if necessary. If you act quickly, removing spills and preventing stains is not difficult. However, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. First, remove liquids or solidified residues with a spoon or spatula before proceeding. Loose particles and debris should be vacuumed before further cleaning. Liquids should be absorbed with an absorbent paper towel or cloth. Remove non-greasy stains by gently dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge dampened with warm water and wrung out. Ring marks can be avoided by gently dabbing in a circular motion towards the center of the stain with a clean, lint-free cloth. Remove greasy stains with suitable detergents or solvents. We recommend testing the stain remover in an inconspicuous area first in all cases to see if it affects the upholstery. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before use. These instructions are recommendations only, and complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting a professional dry cleaner in all cases. To ensure a good result, especially with large stains, we recommend contacting a professional dry cleaner. It is important to mention if the stain has been treated before. Removable fabric covers cannot be washed in water and should be dry-cleaned.
Acrylic
Acrylic is a synthetic material that scratches and shows marks easily. Avoid placing sharp objects on the surface. Certain solvents can damage acrylic, so keep furniture away from strong chemicals. Clean your furniture using a mild detergent in lukewarm water and wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth. Rinse the detergent off the surface with a new clean cloth. Once the surface is clean, dry it by patting with a soft, clean cloth.
Stainless Steel
Wipe the steel surface with a clean, soft cloth. Stainless steel does not stain, corrode, or rust as easily as regular steel, but it is not completely stain or rust-proof. In extreme coastal conditions or if the steel surface is frequently exposed to water, brown discoloration may appear on the product. Stains can usually be removed with a mild abrasive cleaner and warm soapy water.
Rattan
Remove loose dirt and dust with a handheld vacuum cleaner or a soft brush. Use a toothbrush or other fine tool to remove stubborn dirt. Clean remaining dirt by dipping a soft cloth in soapy foam, not directly in water. Wipe the rattan with the foam, using light moisture so that the rattan does not get too wet. Then, place the furniture outside in the sun or in a well-ventilated area and let it dry completely.
Wood
Do not place wooden furniture near direct heat sources, as heat dries out the wood and causes the surface to warp and crack. Also, avoid strong sunlight, as it can change the color of the wood and cause fading or a dull appearance. Protecting wooden furniture from moisture is very important. Wipe up any spills immediately. When wiping or washing furniture, use water sparingly, preferably only a damp cloth, and immediately wipe the moisture dry with a dry cloth. Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Lift items when moving them; do not drag them across the wooden surface. Avoid surface scorching. Use coasters and placemats under glasses and dishes. In case of serious spills and stains, it is recommended to contact customer service or a professional furniture restorer before taking action.
Fiberglass
Wipe the fiberglass surface with a soft cloth in a circular motion. If there are fingerprints or other marks on the surface, clean them with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents that can damage the surface.
