Keyboard Overview

The keyboard features a connection mode switch for Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, and wired modes. It also includes a USB Type-C charging/wired connection port and an integrated USB 2.4GHz wireless dongle.

Wireless 2.4GHz Setup

For ultra-low latency wireless performance and long-range stability, the EasyTouch 1300 is equipped with built-in 2.4GHz connectivity.

1. Set the connection mode to 2.4GHz.
2. Connect the included USB Receiver Dongle to a Windows or Apple Desktop PC or Laptop computer via a USB port.

Bluetooth Connection Setup

1. Set the connection mode to Bluetooth.
2. Enter Pairing Mode by holding the 'Fn' key plus '1', '2', or '3' for 3 seconds to select a Bluetooth channel.
3. Select "Adesso EasyTouch-1300" from the device's Bluetooth menu you are connecting to.

Use Bluetooth to connect up to three devices wirelessly.

Charging & Connection Modes

Use the included USB Type-C cable to charge and connect.

1. Connect to a USB AC Charger.
2. Connect to a Laptop or Desktop Computer with a USB Type-C Port for Charging & Keyboard Usage.

The connection mode selection switch allows you to switch between Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, and Wired modes.

Customization Options

Swapping Keycaps

To swap keycaps, use a keycap puller to gently lift each keycap off its switch. Align the new keycap with the switch stem and press firmly until it clicks into place.

Swapping Key Switches

To swap key switches, first remove the keycap using a keycap puller. Then, use a switch puller to grip and lift the key switch from the socket. Align the new switch with the socket, ensuring the pins are straight, and press firmly until it clicks securely into place.

Custom Macros and LED Customization with VIA

Connect your keyboard via USB-C. Access usevia.app or download the VIA app from GitHub. Use the Keymap tab to assign macros or reprogram keys, and the Lighting tab to customize LED colors, effects, and brightness. Configurations can be saved directly to the keyboard.

Custom Firmware and Key Mapping with QMK

Download the QMK Toolbox and firmware files from qmk.fm. Connect your keyboard, put it into bootloader mode, and use the QMK Toolbox to flash custom firmware for full customization of key mappings, macros, and advanced features. Configurations are saved directly to the keyboard.

Troubleshooting Tips

Power Saving Notice

The keyboard enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. To conserve battery life, set the power switch to OFF if the keyboard will be unused for over an hour.

General Troubleshooting

• Check Battery or Connection: Ensure the keyboard's battery is charged or connected via USB. Enabling RGB LEDs to maximum brightness can verify power.
• Bluetooth Connection: Verify Bluetooth setup as per the guide. Maximum Bluetooth/wireless range is 30 feet.
• Wireless 2.4GHz Mode: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into your laptop or PC.
• Operating System Compatibility: Confirm your OS is Windows 7 or above.
• Restore Default Settings: Press and hold Fn + Backspace for 3 seconds.
• OS Switching: Press and hold Fn + M for 3 seconds to switch between Windows and Mac OS.

Limited Warranty

Adesso One-Year Limited Warranty

Adesso provides a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Adesso will repair or replace defective products during this period. The warranty does not cover products subjected to improper handling, shipping abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not apply to products installed with non-Adesso-approved components or products with a broken sealed assembly trace.

To claim warranty service, return the product with pre-paid freight charges within the warranty period. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

• Shipping address (no P.O. boxes)
• Telephone number
• A copy of the invoice showing proof of purchase
