01. Package Content

  • A: CPU Cooler Heatsink and Fan Assembly (x1)

    A depiction of the CPU cooler with its fan attached.
  • B: Intel Mounting Bracket (x1)

    A cross-shaped bracket for Intel CPU sockets.
  • C: Intel Mounting Bracket (x2)

    Two elongated brackets with screw holes for Intel mounting.

    Four threaded nuts with knurled tops for securing the cooler.

02. Intel & AMD Compatibility

AMD Platforms: AM5 / AM4

Required Components: D, E, F

Intel Platforms: LGA 1800 / 1700 / 1200 / 115X

Required Components: B, C, E, F

03. Preparation

WARNING: Tear the film off before use!

04. Installation - Intel LGA 18XX/1700/1200/115X

  1. Identify the correct mounting bracket for your Intel socket type (LGA 1700/1800 or LGA 115X/1200).

  2. Attach the Intel mounting bracket (B) to the motherboard's CPU socket area.

  3. Insert the standoff screws (F) through the motherboard and into the mounting bracket (B).

  4. Place the Intel mounting bars (C) onto the standoff screws (F) and secure them using the thumb nuts (E).

05. Installation - Intel LGA 18XX/1700/1200/115X (Continued)

  1. Apply thermal paste (G) to the CPU surface.

  2. Carefully align the CPU cooler heatsink assembly (A) with the mounting bars and press it down onto the CPU.

  3. Secure the cooler by tightening the screws on the mounting mechanism.

06. Installation - AMD AM5/AM4

  1. For AMD installations, remove the stock plastic retention bracket if present.

  2. Insert the standoff screws (F) into the motherboard's mounting holes around the CPU socket.

  3. Place the AMD mounting bars (D) onto the standoff screws (F) and secure them using the thumb nuts (E). Ensure the orientation is correct for AM4/AM5 sockets.

07. Installation - AMD AM5/AM4 (Continued)

  1. Apply thermal paste (G) to the CPU surface.

  3. Secure the cooler by tightening the screws on the mounting mechanism.

08. Final Connection (Intel & AMD)

Connect the CPU cooler fan cable to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.

09. Intel & AMD SRGB Connection

Connect the CPU cooler fan cable to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard. (For SRGB models, refer to specific RGB header connections if applicable).

10. Intel & AMD ARGB Connection

Connect the CPU fan cable to the CPU_FAN header and the ARGB LED cable to the appropriate ARGB header on the motherboard.
