Insole Sizing Guide
1. Check the scale below against an actual ruler to confirm accuracy.
2. Place this guide on a flat, hard surface.
3. Remove the insert from your left shoe and lay it on the page, lining up your insert's heel with the heel on the page.
4. Determine your size based on where your insert aligns with the guidelines.

IMPORTANT
Print at 100% scale. If this scale doesn't match your ruler, re-print this page and ensure that your print settings are for 100% or "actual size." Make sure "scale to fit" is not selected.
