The Sofirn SP35T is an upgraded tactical version of the SP35. It offers phenomenal output, producing an incredible 3800 lumens in Turbo mode with a 280-meter beam distance. While its runtime is less than its predecessor, it provides significantly higher and more useful output. It is powered by a rechargeable 21700 battery, offering exceptional versatility for campers, hunters, search-and-rescue teams, and tactical users. The SP35T features an intuitive interface with eight brightness levels and modes, including a Strobe mode. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a compact flashlight that does not compromise on brightness.

- Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology: As temperature rises, the SP35T automatically steps down or up brightness. Higher temperatures lead to lower brightness. Once the temperature decreases, brightness will increase again according to the selected mode.

Battery Installation
Before first use, unscrew the tailcap and remove the insulating film. If the battery needs to be replaced, ensure the positive end of the new battery faces the flashlight head when inserting it.

Power Indicator
The LED indicator in the side switch shows the power status for 5 seconds after turning the SP35T on:
- Green: Remaining battery power is 70%-100%.
- Flashing Green: Remaining battery power is 40%-69%.
- Red: Remaining battery power is 10%-39%.
- Flashing Red: Critical power; replace or recharge the battery as soon as possible.
Recharging
The SP35T features a USB-C port for convenient battery recharging. Connect the flashlight using the included USB-A to USB-C cable and a USB power adapter (not included) with 5V/2A. During charging, the LED power indicator flashes red. Upon completion, the indicator turns green. The flashlight automatically turns off during charging, but the Eco mode can be accessed by a single click on the side switch for emergency use. Charging a 4000mAh 21700 battery takes approximately 3 hours.
Operation Instructions
General Lighting Mode
- ON/OFF: Single click the tail switch to turn the light ON/OFF. When turned on again, it will return to the previously memorized mode.
- Change Brightness Level: With the flashlight on, press and hold the side switch. The brightness will cycle through Eco, Low, Medium, and High modes. The selected mode is active when the side switch is released. (Note: Turbo, Strobe, SOS, and Beacon are not part of this automatic cycle).
- Turbo: When the flashlight is on, double-click the side switch to enter Turbo mode. Double-click again to return.
- Quick Access to Turbo: When the flashlight is off, one tap and one click on the tail switch enters Turbo mode.
- Strobe: When the flashlight is on, triple-click the side switch to enter Strobe mode. To exit, single-click or press and hold the side switch. In Strobe mode, double-click the side switch to cycle through Strobe, SOS, and Beacon.
- Eco: When the flashlight is off, hold the side switch and single-press the tail switch simultaneously to access Eco mode.
Switch Between General Lighting Mode and Tactical Mode
When the flashlight is on, press and hold the side switch for over 3 seconds to switch between General Lighting Mode and Tactical Mode. The LED will flash twice, and the flashlight will enter Turbo mode to signal that Tactical Mode is selected. The LED will flash twice, and the flashlight will enter Eco mode to signal that General Lighting Mode is selected.
Tactical Mode
- ON/OFF: Single-click the tail switch to turn the light ON at Turbo (brightness levels are not memorized).
- Change Brightness Level: When the flashlight is on, single-click the side switch to cycle between Medium and Turbo.
- Quick Access to Strobe: When the flashlight is ON, fast double-click the side switch to access STROBE.
- Quick Access to Strobe: When the flashlight is OFF, one tap and one click on the tail switch activates Strobe.
Safety Instructions
- The SP35T is a powerful flashlight. Never point it directly at people, animals, or moving vehicles, as this can cause retinal damage. Keep out of reach of children. Strobe mode may cause seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
- Operating the SP35T for extended periods in high-power modes will cause it to heat up quickly; this is normal.
- Pay close attention to correct battery installation. Always ensure the negative end of the battery is visible at the tube's end before screwing the tailcap back on.
- Unscrew the tailcap by half a turn to prevent accidental activation during transport. This also prevents battery drain while the flashlight is in standby.
- Avoid hitting or dropping the flashlight.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Disassembling the sealed head can damage the flashlight and void the warranty.
- Sofirn, Ltd. recommends using high-quality brand batteries. Damage caused by battery leakage voids the warranty.
- Remove the battery if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period.
- To prevent self-discharge or accidental activation during storage or transport, unscrew the tailcap by half a turn or remove the battery.
- Every 6 months, wipe the threads with a clean cloth and apply a thin layer of silicone grease.
- To maintain proper waterproofness, replace worn O-rings with approved spares.
- Troubleshooting: Regularly clean battery contacts, as dirty contacts can impair performance. If you experience issues like flickering, intermittent light, or failure to turn on, try the following solutions:
- Reason A: Battery needs replacement (voltage below 2.8V). Solution: Replace the battery with a fully charged, approved type.
- Reason B: Threads, PCB board contacts, or other contacts are dirty. Solution: Clean contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
- Reason C: Flashlight does not turn on for the first use. Solution: Do not forget to remove the insulating film from the battery before first use.
- If the above methods do not resolve the issue, refer to the warranty policy before contacting your authorized distributor.
