Please make a full charge before using it.
APP: FitCloudPro
1. Download & Pairing
- Long press the upper button over 6 seconds for turning on.
- Scan the QR code and install the FitCloudPro App or download the FitCloudPro App from App Store, Google Player and install it.
- Open the FitCloud Pro App, allow all the permission and add device.
Steps for Pairing:
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone.
- Open FitCloudPro App.
- Click "Add A device" and pair it.
Bluetooth Connection:
Check watch menu "About" MAC address last four numbers (e.g., "5994"). Then go to mobile phone "Setting-Bluetooth" to search the same Bluetooth name with last 4 numbers "5994" to finish BT connection.

2. Functions on Smart Watch
2.1 Time interface
- Power on: Long press the upper button over 6 seconds.
- Power off: Long press the upper button over 5 seconds.
- Change watch face: Long press the screen over 3 seconds. There are 6 built-in watch faces for choosing.
- Menu interface: Short press the button twice to switch the menu style (6 menu styles).
2.2 Function menu
- Steps counter: Displays daily step count, distance, and calories burned.
- Heart rate detection: Shows current heart rate, 24-hour average heart rate, and last 7 days trend.
- Sleep tracker: Tracks sleep duration from 21:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Weather: Displays current temperature, weather conditions, and date.
- Music control: Allows control of music playback on the connected phone.
- Message Notification: Relies on the notification bar of the mobile phone. Ensure all permissions are allowed and the FitCloudPro App is running in the background.
2.3 Password function
Device universal password: 1819. This can be used to unlock forgotten passwords and reset the password to close the password function.
3. Functions on FitCloudPro App
- Data sync: All measured data (steps, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, training) syncs automatically to the FitCloudPro App.
- Watch faces: Over 100 watch faces available for download and customization on the FitCloudPro App.
- Notifications: Enable switches to sync information to the smartwatch (Phone, Messages, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, Skype, KakaoTalk, Line, Others).
Frequently Asked Questions
- Problem with Smartwatch: Contact customer service, select factory settings, or scan the QR code in settings for tutorials.
- Repeated disconnection after Bluetooth connection: Keep the FitCloud Pro app running in the background, maintain a connection distance within ten meters, and avoid connecting multiple devices simultaneously.
- Getting SMS and social notifications: In the App, turn on push notifications for desired apps. On the Phone, allow all permissions for the app, including pop-ups and alerts. The watch only shows alerts if the phone also displays them.
- Data synchronization: All measurement data from the smartwatch syncs automatically to the FitCloud Pro App.
- Avoiding excessive power consumption: Reduce screen brightness, enable power-saving mode, turn off AOD clock, turn on silent mode, shorten screen brightness duration, and turn off full-day heart rate monitoring.
- Contacts not appearing on the watch: Ensure contacts do not have emoticons or symbols, the phone number starts with a '+' sign, and there are no brackets in the area code.
- Setting call audio & media audio: Scroll down on the watch homepage, tap the call icon. Toggle call audio and media audio. Turning off media audio prevents the watch from receiving sound from phone music/videos/voice.
- Adjusting call volume: On the call page, click the volume marker in the upper right corner of your avatar.
- Watch not staying connected: Keep within a 10m range. For Android, enable background permissions and keep the app open. For iOS, ensure the app is running in the background.
- Inaccurate step count (e.g., while pushing a stroller): The smartwatch uses a gravity sensor and heart rate monitoring. Pushing a stroller may not involve arm movement, leading to inaccurate step counts.
FCC Compliance Information
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
