FAQ

  1. Why do I get different measure results each time?

    Individual blood pressure varies multiple times a day. The highest value usually appears in the daytime and the lowest at midnight. It is normal for anyone to receive different values at each measurement. Thus, it is suggested that you take measurements at the same time each day and take the average value of a week for reference.

  2. What should I address the problem when Err appears on screen?

    Please do not hesitate to contact the seller for free replacement if you see 'Err' on screen or find the item faulty on arrival. We will provide you with satisfactory solutions.

  3. How to change the unit of measure?

    In shutdown mode, press and hold START for 15 seconds to switch the unit of measure from mmHg (millimeters of mercury) to kPa (kilopascals), then press START again to save the setting.

1. Power on

a. Two ways to charge the device: Type-C Cable or 4xAA dry batteries. (Both Included)

b. How to install batteries: direct the battery bottom to the spring parts to install 4 batteries into the slots.

2. Set the date and time

a. In shutdown mode, press and hold SET for 2-3 seconds to enter date and time setting.

b. Press MEM to set the year and press SET to confirm.

c. Press MEM to set the date and press SET to confirm.

d. Press MEM to choose 12/24 hour system and press SET to confirm.

e. Press MEM to set the hour and press SET to confirm.

f. Press MEM to set the minute and press SET to confirm.

3. Switch between user 1 and user 2

In shutdown mode, press SET to switch between user 1 and user 2.

4. Start blood pressure measurement

After choosing user 1 or 2, you can start to measure your blood pressure.

Attention before BP measurement

  1. Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising or bathing for 30 mins before taking BP measurement.
  2. Choose a quiet place, sit on a chair and calm yourself down.
  3. Keep your feet flat on the floor. Wrap your arm with the cuff and adjust it to the same level as your heart. Place your hand on table with palm up and press START button to take BP measurement.
  4. Do not talk or move during measurement.
  5. Get your results in a minute. If you want to take another measurement, please wait 2-3 minutes to allow blood flows in arteries to return to the status prior to measurement.

5. Check out history memories

After choosing user 1/2, press MEM to read memories. MR and AVG display together to show average of 3 latest memories.

Press and Hold MEM to get a quick glance of history memories.

Press MEM Once to see each memory respectively.

6. Delete history memories

Press and Hold MEM and START/STOP together for 3-5 seconds and all memories will be deleted.

NOTE: It can save up to 99 memories for each user. Once you delete the memories, all the memories of both users will be deleted.
