Customer Information: Device Burn-in
The internal components of the DAC-A4 are designed for optimal performance after an initial "burn-in" period. During this time, continuous operation will help the equipment reach its ideal state, enhancing sound delicacy, smoothness, elasticity, and dynamic range. This process also improves the sense of vertical depth. The speaker's performance can also be adjusted during this period by positioning the device optimally within your listening environment for the best effect.
Product Quality and Construction
Appearance:
The device features an aluminum alloy metal shell, providing excellent thermal conductivity and durability. The surface is finished with an anodized frosting process, resulting in a delicate and smooth texture.
Circuit:
The internal circuit utilizes a high-density integrated PCB design with 100% non-breakpoint circuit detection. It employs high-conductivity copper for superior performance, exceeding industry standards. The shortest and most efficient wiring methods are used to minimize external interference, ensuring a reasonable design layout and high-fidelity audio output.
Raw Materials:
AIYIMA sources raw materials directly from manufacturers. Each batch undergoes rigorous checks and comparisons to ensure uniformity in specifications and performance indicators, thereby reducing the impact of potential errors.
Troubleshooting and Handling
Can't turn on?
If the DAC-A4 indicator does not light up, please verify that the power adapter's output voltage is normal and try using a different power cable.
USB decoding has no sound output?
The DAC-A4 prioritizes Bluetooth connections. When using the USB decoding function, please disconnect any active Bluetooth connections.
Only one channel has sound?
Check if the issue persists across different input methods. If it does, test the left and right channels separately using a speaker. If the problem remains, check the input signal and the signal cable.
Cannot search the receiver Bluetooth?
Ensure the device is not already connected to another Bluetooth device. Turn off Bluetooth on other connected devices and try searching again.
If the above methods do not resolve your issue, please contact our customer service staff for further assistance.
