Atome is a buy now, pay later (BNPL) payment solution that allows Nu Skin Brand Affiliates to split their payments into three equal, interest-free installments.
2. WHO CAN USE ATOME?
To use the service, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Currently reside in Malaysia.
- Have a mobile phone number registered under your MyKad with your telecommunications provider.
- Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for your purchases on Atome.
3. HOW CAN I USE ATOME TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
When checking out via the Nu Skin Malaysia website (www.nuskin.com.my) and selecting Atome as your payment method, you'll pay the first installment at the time of purchase, with the remaining two installments due over the next two months.
4. IS ATOME AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

No, you can choose a 6 or 12-month payment option with additional interest fees, as per Atome's terms and conditions.
6. DO I NEED DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD TO USE ATOME?
Yes, you can use either a debit card or a credit card to register with Atome. However, there are different maximum spending limits for each type of card:

9. CAN I USE ATOME FOR WALK-IN PURCHASES?
No, Atome is only available for online purchases via the Nu Skin website. It is not applicable for walk-in purchases.
10. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WHEN I USE ATOME TO PAY FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASES?
Atome is completely interest-free for standard payment options. As long as you make your payments on time, you will not be charged any additional costs. However, for 6 or 12-month payment plans, additional interest fees may apply.
11. WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS AN ATOME INSTALMENT PAYMENT?
If you miss an instalment payment, Atome may charge a late payment fee. It's important to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to avoid any penalties.
