Installation Guide - Part # SV117F
FUSO FV FS HD Euro Low Roof Cab
Sunvisor
Tools required: - Drill - 3mm & 9mm drill bits - Tec screws & bit (for temporary fastening) - Alan key
for 6mm machine screw - Rivnut / Nutsert tool - Marker pen - CRC Soft Seal (or similar rust prevention)

1) Hold the sunvisor to the front of the truck to identify the 2 innermost bolts above the windscreen that align with the 2 large sunvisor holes.

2) Remove these 2 bolts from above the windscreen.

3) Offer sunvisor to cab of truck again. Use M8 bolts supplied to temporarily fix sunvisor to cab using identified holes.

4) Check alignment of sunvisor. Make sure it is level with cab.

5) Working from the centre towards the outer ends, firmly hold sunvisor against the cab and temporarily fix to the cab using the tec screws or similar. Drill all holes.

6) Remove sunvisor. On the truck, drill all new holes out to 9mm.

7) Apply anti-rust or cold galv sealant to each hole (e.g. CRC Soft Seal or similar)

8) Install supplied nutserts with nutsert tool. Set firmly.

9) Apply thread sealant to each Nutsert.

10) Offer Sunvisor back to truck. Attach with 2 x M8 bolts as before. Tighten.

11) Fix to truck using supplied cap-screw fasteners.
