When using the remote for the first time, install batteries and test its functionality. If it works correctly, no further setup is required. If not, follow the setup methods below.

Remote Overview

Setting Up the Remote

Automatic Code Search Method

This method allows the remote to scan for the correct code for your TV.

1. Manually turn on your TV and ensure it is in normal playback mode. Point the remote control towards the TV.
2. Press and hold the [MUTE] button for approximately 6 seconds until the indicator light turns on. The remote is now in automatic search mode.
3. Watch your TV. When the volume symbol appears on the screen, immediately release the [MUTE] button to stop the search. The setup is complete.
4. Test other functions (except [POWER] and [VOLUME] buttons) to ensure they work correctly. If not, repeat steps 2-3 until the correct code is found.

Restore to Factory Mode

To reset the remote to its default settings:

1. Press and hold both the [POWER] and [OK] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
2. The indicator light will flash 3 times, confirming the remote has been reset to factory mode.
