Product Overview and Controls
The Hama Shine 2.0 speaker is a compact, portable device. Key controls and indicators include:
- Power Button: Used for turning the speaker on/off (hold 3s) and initiating Bluetooth pairing.
- Bluetooth Indicator LED: Shows the status of the Bluetooth connection (flashing white = pairing, solid white = connected).
- Volume Up/Down Buttons: Adjust the audio volume.
- Play/Pause/Call Button: Controls music playback (▶️/⏸️) and call management (?).
- Track Forward/Backward Buttons: Skip to the next (⏩) or previous (⏪) track.

Getting Started
Powering On/Off
To turn the speaker on, press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds. The LED indicator will turn solid white. To turn off, press and hold the Power button again for approximately 3 seconds.
Bluetooth Pairing
1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
2. Press the Bluetooth button once. The Bluetooth indicator LED will flash white, indicating it is in pairing mode.
3. On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, search for available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "Hama Shine 2.0" from the list. If prompted, enter the password "0000".
5. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator LED will turn solid white.
Note: Do not connect your smartphone directly to the speaker via Bluetooth before completing the pairing process.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing
To pair two Hama Shine 2.0 speakers for stereo sound:
1. Turn on both speakers.
2. On the first speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED flashes white/blue.
3. On the second speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED flashes white/blue.
4. The speakers will automatically connect to each other. The LED on the primary speaker will turn solid white.
Music Playback and Call Management
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause/Call button once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Track Forward button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Track Backward button.
- Volume Up: Press the Volume Up button.
- Volume Down: Press the Volume Down button.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause/Call button once to answer an incoming call or end an active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause/Call button to reject an incoming call.
X-BASS Feature
Press the X-BASS button to activate or deactivate the enhanced bass mode.
Disconnecting Bluetooth
To disconnect the Bluetooth connection, press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 3 seconds. The LED will flash white.
Standby Mode
The speaker will automatically enter standby mode (indicated by a "zZz" symbol in diagrams) after approximately 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve power.
Charging the Speaker
1. Connect the supplied USB-C cable (?) to the USB-C port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a suitable power source (e.g., a USB charger or computer port).
3. The charging indicator LED will be red (❤️) while the speaker is charging.
4. Charging is complete when the LED turns off. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
The speaker has an IPX4 rating (?), meaning it is protected against splashing water from any direction.
