Getting Started

Unpacking Your Device

Carefully unpack the RR02 device and its accessories. Ensure all items listed in the packing list are present. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

Device Overview

Front Panel

The front panel of the RR02 features a central Power Button ⚡. Adjacent to the power button are two status indicator LEDs: a Green LED ? indicating normal operation, and a Red LED ? indicating an error or warning state. Below these, you will find navigation controls: Up ⬆️, Down ⬇️, and Select/Confirm ✅ buttons.

Rear Panel

The rear panel includes the Power Input Port ?, a USB Data Port ? for connectivity, and an Audio Output Jack ?.

Operation

Powering On/Off

To power on the device, press the Power Button ⚡ once. The Green LED ? will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the Power Button ⚡ for approximately 3 seconds until the LEDs extinguish.

Navigating Menus

Use the Up ⬆️ and Down ⬇️ buttons to navigate through menu options. Press the Select/Confirm ✅ button to choose an option or confirm a setting.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Powering On

Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet. Check if the Red LED ? is illuminated; if so, refer to error codes.

Connectivity Issues

Verify the USB cable ? is properly connected to the device and the host computer. Ensure the correct USB drivers are installed.
