Step 1: Unlock the Waffle Maker
Press the button on the back of the unit and turn counter-clockwise. Unlock the clasp of the handle.

Step 2: Prepare Batter and Plug In
Prepare your batter. Plug your waffle maker in; the orange indicator light will turn on.

Step 3: Add Batter
Wait for the indicator light to turn white. Add ¾ to 1 cup of batter to the center of the cooking plate. Note: Do not use non-stick sprays, as they can cause build-up on the cooking plates.

Step 4: Flip the Waffle Maker
Close the lid. Using the handle, flip the waffle maker to the other side. Note: Do not lock the handle.

Step 5: Cook the Waffle
Cook for about 2½ minutes or until the indicator light turns white again. Lift the handle to open. Note: If the waffle pulls apart, continue cooking and check every minute for doneness.

Step 6: Remove and Repeat
Once fully cooked, remove the waffle and repeat for as many waffles as desired. Note: Waffles cook faster because extra heat is retained.

To Store
- Lock the handle with the clasp.
- Lift and hold the waffle maker upright. Press and turn the button clockwise to lock into position.
- Wrap the cord and store.
