Note: Please remove the protective films from the LED Power Display and Charging Contacts before using the earbuds.

How to Pair the Two Headphones with Your Phone

(Prior to first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.)

1. Step 1: Take both headphones out of the charging case. The twin earbuds will power on and pair with each other automatically. If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 3 minutes, they will power off automatically. To turn them on manually, press down the MFB for about 3 seconds until you hear the prompt "Power on" and one beep sound.
2. The "R" earbud will alternate flashing red-blue light, and the "L" earbud will flash blue light, indicating TWS pairing is complete.
3. Step 2: Activate Bluetooth settings on your phone, search for and choose "VEATOOL T16" to connect. You should hear a voice prompt "connected" if you are wearing the earbuds.

Once connected, the earbuds' indicator light will turn off.

Automatically Re-connection

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device by default after the first successful connection.

Tips

1. If there is any issue with pairing both earbuds to your phone, place them back into the charging case and repeat the pairing steps.
2. These earbuds can be used together (Dual mode) or individually (Single mode). For single mode, take one earbud out of the case and connect to your phone. If using Dual mode, turn off one earbud manually or put one earbud back into the charging case to switch to single mode.

How to Wear the Earbuds Correctly

Take out the "R" earbud to wear on your right ear. The ear hooks are adjustable; bend them to fit your ears tighter if needed.

Place the Right (R) and Left (L) earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case.

Earbuds Charging

Earbuds start to charge only when placed correctly into the charging slot. You can charge the charging case and earbuds simultaneously, or charge the case first, then the earbuds.

1. When charging, the earbuds' LED light will illuminate red.
2. When fully charged, the charging case will automatically stop charging, and the earbuds' red LED light will go off.

Charging Case Charging

A Type-C USB charging cable is included. Use it to charge the case directly. During charging, the digital display will flash and show the battery in real-time. After full charge, the display will show "100".

Charging Warning

1. After a period of use, if the earbuds do not charge or turn on due to oxidized magnet connectors, clean the magnet connector on both earbuds and charging case with an alcohol rag.
2. Earbuds will automatically turn off and begin charging when placed back into the charging case. They will also automatically turn on and pair when picked up.

Storage and Maintenance

1. If the earbuds have been unused for more than 3 months, it is recommended to charge them.
2. Use chargers that are FCC (Federal Communications Commission) approved.
3. Do not disassemble the earbuds.
4. Adult supervision is required for children aged 6 and under.
5. Do not expose the earbuds to high or low temperatures, or use them during thunderstorms. Avoid dropping or violently impacting the device. Keep the device away from fire and do not immerse it in water.
6. Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.

Q: Why can't these earbuds pair with my mobile phone?

A:

1. Ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
3. If the above points are confirmed, place the earbuds back into the case, close it, hold for 1 minute, then open the charging case and reconnect with your phone.

Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?

A: First, ensure the distance between the earbuds and your phone is not more than 33 feet (without obstacles). If the distance is less than 33 feet, try these steps:

1. Put earbuds back into the case and close it, then forget "VEATOOL T16" on your phone.
2. After 10 seconds, open the case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

Q: When on a phone call, can I hear voice in both earbuds?

A: Yes, you can hear the voice in both earbuds when both earbuds are paired and connected to the same mobile phone.

Q: Are these earbuds sweat proof and waterproof?

A: These earbuds are IPX5, meaning they are sweat proof and slightly waterproof. As an electronic product, soaking the earbuds in water is not recommended.
