Ops-Core Lux Liner

Seamless Integration, Provides Comfort During Extended Use

A suspension system that combines a one-piece full-coverage impact layer with comfort pads that can be customized and repositioned for comfort and integration of communication headsets. The durable, modular, breathable pads also have low absorbency. Available in two retention systems: the 4-Point Head-Loc H-Nape Chinstrap, and the Worm-Dial Fit-Band with 4-Point Head-Loc Chinstrap.

The traditional H-Nape, designed to support heavier NVGs worn during rigorous activities, combines the padding and chinstrap to retain the helmet, while the Worm-Dial Fit-Band provides a quick adjustment through a low profile and utilizes the padding, fit-band and chinstrap to retain the helmet. Both suspension/retention combinations provide comfort during extended use, integrate with Ops-Core® Helmets, install using the existing VELCRO® brand pattern in the helmet shells, and come in corresponding helmet sizes.

The Lux Liner is also available in a vented version for combination with both the 4-Point Head-Loc H-Nape and Worm-Dial Fit-Band. The Lux Liner Vented H-Nape and Worm-Dial Kits are compatible with the Ops-Core FAST® Carbon and FAST Bump non-ballistic helmet systems.

• Modified and Abbreviated U.S. Army ACH Specification CO/PD-05-04:2007 for Blunt Impact Protection Only Test: Hemi Anvil x2 Impacts in 7 locations for a total of 14 impacts: 10 f/s (3 m/s) Requirement: Less than 150Gs of force transmitted to head / brain.
