FCC Information
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide residential protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on the circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Battery Recharge
The unit has a built-in DC 3.7V Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Recharge it before use as follows:
- Connect the unit to a Personal Computer or any USB Charger by the supplied USB cable. Insert the Mini USB plug from the supplied Connection Cable into the Mini USB Port on the unit. Insert the full-size USB Plug from the Connection Cable into the USB Port on the Personal Computer or any USB Charger (Computer/USB Charger not supplied).
- For normal charge, charge it for approximately 3 hours. During charging, the Red Indicator will illuminate.
Notes on Battery Care:
- Recharge and store the device within the temperature range of 5°C~35°C (40°F~95°F).
- Do not overcharge (longer than 24 hours). Excessive charging or discharging may shorten the battery's life.
- Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
- During charging, you can play music at the same time.
- The rechargeable battery incorporated in this product is not user replaceable.
Location of Controls
The following controls and ports are located on the unit:
- 1. BT-OFF - TF Switch: A toggle switch to select modes (Bluetooth/TF) or turn the unit off.
- 2. Skip Backward / Volume Down: Part of a toggle switch. Turn and hold to decrease volume; flick to skip to the previous track.
- 3. Play/Pause: A button to pause or resume playback.
- 4. Skip Forward / Volume Up: Part of a toggle switch. Turn and hold to increase volume; flick to skip to the next track.
- 5. Indicators: LED lights indicating status (e.g., Bluetooth pairing).
- 6. MIC: Built-in microphone for calls.
- 7. Mini USB Port: Used for DC IN (charging) and/or AUX In.
- 8. TF (Micro SD Card Slot): Slot for inserting a Micro SD card.
BT (Bluetooth) Mode
Pairing the unit to an external Bluetooth device:
- Slide the BT-OFF - TF Switch to the BT position to turn on the unit. The Blue Indicator will light and blink.
- Power on the external BT device and enter its BT searching mode. Start pairing as per the on-screen instructions on the external BT device. After pairing, the Blue Indicator will light and stop blinking. (It needs a few seconds).
Normal operation after pairing:
- Turn on the BT function of the external BT device.
- Slide the BT-OFF - TF Switch to the BT position to power on the unit. Wait until the Blue Indicator is light and stop blinking.
- Play music from the connected BT device as usual.
During playback:
- Turn the Toggle Switch (controls 2 & 4) to Left or Right then release to skip tracks. Repeat until the desired file is found and plays.
- Turn and hold the Toggle Switch (controls 2 & 4) to Left or Right to adjust the volume level.
- Press the Play/Pause button (control 3) to pause; press again to resume.
Phone Calls: If the unit is paired to a Cell Phone:
- When a call is incoming during listening, press the Play/Pause button (control 3) to answer the call. Speak into the built-in microphone (control 6).
- When finished, press the Play/Pause button (control 3) again to end the call and resume music playback.
To power off, slide the BT-OFF - TF Switch to the OFF position.
Notes:
- When the external BT device searches for the unit, the model number "CMA3568" will appear on its display.
- A pairing code "0000" or "1234" may need to be entered.
TF Mode (Micro SD Card)
Play music from the Micro SD card:
- Insert the Micro SD card into the TF slot (control 8) with contact fingers facing down until a click is heard.
- Slide the BT-OFF - TF Switch to the TF position to power on the unit. The Blue Indicator will turn on. The unit will start playback automatically.
During playback:
- Turn the Toggle Switch (controls 2 & 4) to Left or Right then release repeatedly to skip tracks. Repeat until the desired file is found and plays.
- Turn and hold the Toggle Switch (controls 2 & 4) to Left or Right to adjust the volume level.
- Press the Play/Pause button (control 3) to pause; press again to resume.
To power off, slide the BT-OFF - TF Switch to the OFF position.
Notes:
- Insert the Micro SD card (Up to 32GB, not included) into the TF slot until a click is heard.
- To take out the card, press the card until a "Click" is heard, then pull out the card.
- Before replacing the storage card, make sure the unit has been powered off.
- When inserting the Micro SD card, ensure the direction is correct (contact fingers face down). Do not insert violently to avoid damaging the card or the unit. If it doesn't work, check the direction.
- Download the desired MP3 music into the card before installing it into the unit.
AUX Mode
Listen from an external Music Player (e.g., iPod, MP3 Player, Discman):
- Connect the 3.5 mm Jack on the supplied Connection Cable to the phone jack on any external audio player.
- Connect the Mini USB Plug to the Mini USB Port (control 7) on the unit.
- Play music from the connected Player as usual.
- During playback, turn and hold the Toggle Switch (controls 2 & 4) to Left or Right to adjust the volume level.
When finished, slide the BT-OFF - TF Switch to the OFF position to power off the unit.

Limited Warranty
Craig warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If service is required, please return the product to the store where it was purchased for exchange. Alternatively, pack the unit in its original packing material with all accessories (if applicable), a copy of your sales receipt, and a Cashier's check or Money Order for $3.00 (to cover shipping and handling costs) payable to Craig Electronics Inc. For consumers in Canada, please ensure the cashier check or money order is redeemable through a U.S. bank. Ship your product freight pre-paid.
Your unit will be repaired, replaced, or if it cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be forwarded within four weeks of receipt. Please ship your unit to:

This warranty is void if the product has been:
- a) Used in a commercial application or rental.
- b) Damaged through misuse, negligence, or abuse.
- c) Modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Craig service center.
- d) Damaged because it is improperly connected to any other equipment.
Note: This warranty does not cover:
- a) Ordinary adjustments as outlined in the Owner's Manual which can be performed by the customer.
- b) Damage to equipment not properly connected to the product.
- c) Any cost incurred in shipping the product for repair.
- d) Damage to the product not used in the USA.
This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchase. Any implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to the period of this expressed warranty, and no warranty, whether expressed or implied, shall apply to the product thereafter. Under no circumstance shall Craig be liable for any loss or consequential damage arising out of the use of this product. This warranty gives specific legal rights. However, you may have other rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damage; therefore, these restrictions may not apply to you.
