DocumentDocumentDry Contact Controlled Gate Valve KFRDRY02 This retrofittable product transforms a commercial angle seat valve for shutting off water or heating lines into a remotely controlled smart device. By means of a converter, the actually radio-controlled device can be controlled directly by alarm systems or smart home system via a switch contact. The converter is installed directly in the alarm control panel or near other control electronics and communicates with the motor via an encrypted radio link. The motor is completely waterproof (IP66) and can therefore be used in climatically difficult environments or outdoors. The product consists of an Aqua-Scope KFR valve actuator KFRLWE01 in combination with a generic LORA device GENLWE01, which are already connected to each other on delivery and thus require no further setup effort. The converter can be powered either by 3.0-3.6 V battery or a 5 - 12 V power supply, which is usually already available in smart home or alarm systems. For testing, the converter can also be supplied with USBC. The connection is made via screw terminals. The retrofittable motor is mounted directly on the angle seat valve. Different adapter rings can support valves for pipe diameters between DN15 and DN32 and some DN40. The double planetary gearbox specially developed for this product enables torques of more than 6 Nm and is thus almost twice as strong as manual operation via the usual handwheel. This means that even very stiff valves can be retrofitted. A button can also be used to switch the motor directly on site and a red/green LED indicates the status of the valve. KFR-Ventilantrieb mit Schaltkontaktsteuerung Dieses nachrüstbare Produkt verwandelt einen handelsübliches Schrägsitzventil zum Absperren von Wasser oder Heizungssträngen in ein ferngesteuertes intelligentes Gerät. Mittels eines Konverters kann das eigentlich funkgesteuerte Gerät direkt von Alarmanlagen oder Smart-Home-System über einen Schaltkontakt gesteuert werden. Der Konverter wird dabei direkt in der Alarmzentrale oder nahe anderer Steuerelektronik verbaut und kommuniziert über eine verschlüsselte Funkverbindung mit dem Motor. Dieser ist komplett wasserdicht (IP66) und kann damit auch in klimatisch schwierigen Umgebungen oder im Außenbereich eingesetzt werden. Das Produkt besteht aus einem Aqua-Scope KFR-Ventilantrieb KFRLWE01 in Kombination mit einem generischen LORA-Gerät GENLWE01, die bei Auslieferung bereits miteinander verbunden sind und damit keinen weiteren Setupaufwand erfordern. Der Konverter kann wahlweise über 3.0-3.6 V Batterie oder ein 5 12 V Netzteil versorgt werden, was in der Regel in Smart Home oder Alarmsystemen bereits vorhanden ist. Zum Testen kann der Konverter auch mit USB-C versorgt werden. Der Anschluss erfolgt über Schraubklemmen. Der nachrüstbare Motor wird direkt auf dem Schrägsitzventil montiert. Durch unterschiedliche Adapterringe können Ventile für Rohrdurchmesser zwischen DN15 und DN32 und einige DN40 unterstützt werden. Das eigens für dieses Produkt entwickelte doppelte Planetengetriebe ermöglicht Drehmomente von mehr als 6 Nm und ist damit fast doppelt so stark wie eine manuelle Bedienung über das übliche Handrad. Damit können auch sehr schwergängige Ventile nachgerüstet werden. Durch eine Taste kann der Motor auch direkt vor Ort geschaltet werden und eine rot/grüne LED zeigt den Status des Ventil an.
