MITTZON Sit/Stand Desk Underframe

Parts and Tools Overview

This document provides instructions for assembling the MITTZON sit/stand desk underframe. Please ensure you have all parts before beginning.

Included Parts:

• MITTZON underframe components (as depicted in diagrams)
• Screws (various types and quantities indicated in steps)
• Control box
• Control panel
• Power cable

Tools Required (not included):

• Screwdriver (Phillips head recommended)
• Possibly other tools as needed for desk attachment

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare the Underframe

   Identify the two main underframe leg units. Ensure they are clean and ready for assembly.

2. Step 2: Connect the Control Box

   Attach the control box to the underside of the desk frame. Use the provided screws (indicated in diagrams, e.g., 2x screws). Secure the control box firmly.

3. Step 3: Mount the Control Panel

   Attach the control panel to the desired location on the desk. Use the provided screws (indicated in diagrams, e.g., 2x screws, part number 108098).

4. Step 4: Connect Motor Cables

   Connect the cables from the leg motors to the control box. Ensure the connectors are fully inserted.

5. Step 5: Connect Power Cable

   Plug the power cable into the control box. The control box has an AC input socket.

6. Step 6: Secure the Control Box

   Ensure the control box is securely attached and any excess cable is managed.

7. Step 7: Connect to Desk Surface

   Place the assembled underframe onto the desk surface. Secure the underframe to the desk using the appropriate screws (indicated in diagrams, e.g., 12x screws, part number 101083).

8. Step 8: Connect Cables to Control Box

   Connect the cables from the leg motors and the control panel to the designated ports on the control box (labeled F, M1, M2).

9. Step 9: Final Cable Connections

   Ensure all cables are correctly connected to the control box and routed neatly.

10. Step 10: Attach Support Bracket

    Attach the support bracket for the control box using screws (part number 101083).

11. Step 11: Mount Control Panel

    Attach the control panel using screws (part number 108098).

12. Step 12: Connect Power

    Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.

13. Step 13: Final Check

    Verify all connections are secure and the desk is stable. Refer to the MITTZON product information for usage guidelines.
