About the eufy S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3)

The eufy S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3) is the central component of the eufy Security ecosystem. It functions as more than just a hub or internet bridge, offering expandable local storage, enhanced AI capabilities, cross-device features, and more, all without requiring monthly fees.

eufy is committed to expanding full functionality with as many eufy Security devices as possible. The following list details products with full, partial, or planned HomeBase 3 compatibility, along with expected timelines for devices not yet fully compatible.

Finding the Part Number

The Part Number (PN) for any eufy Security device can be found on the product itself or within the eufy Security app. Navigate to Device Settings > General > About Device. The first five characters of the Serial Number also correspond to the Part Number.
