This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and bears the WEEE symbol. This indicates it should not be disposed of with household waste. Used devices must be returned to official collection points for recycling. Contact local authorities or retailers for collection systems. 3 Using the Appliance

3.1 Use of the Rocker Switch

The hood features mechanical controls:

You can start the hood by pressing the desired speed level key (V1, V2, V3). You can illuminate the cooking area by pressing the light key L.

3.3 Operating the Hood

The hood is equipped with a motor offering various speed settings. For better performance, use low speeds in normal conditions and high speeds when smells and vapors are intensified.

3.4 Lamp Replacement

For CWB 6441 XN models (Max: 28 W):

Disconnect the hood from the mains supply. This appliance is equipped with 28 W spot LED lamps.

4 Cleaning and Maintenance

The charcoal filter is non-washable and non-regenerable; it must be replaced approximately every 3 months of operation, or more frequently for heavy use (W).

Aluminium grease filters should be cleaned monthly and can be washed in the dishwasher (Z).

Clean the hood using a damp cloth and a neutral liquid detergent.

5 Setting Up the Device

WARNING: Failure to install screws or fixing devices correctly according to instructions may result in electrical hazards.

6 Troubleshooting
