Simply Connect to the Power
1. Disconnect power from the distribution board. 2. Install Socket. 3. Always use cable of the correct rating and type. 4. The layout of the terminals may differ between fittings so check the location of terminal connections
carefully before wiring. 5. Make electrical connections according to the relevant diagram ensuring no bare wires protrude from the
terminals. 6. If the product has an earth terminal connect the fixed earth wire to it and then connect a short length of
wire from the earth terminal on the product to the earth terminal on the wall box. The earth wire should be sheathed with green and yellow sleeving. 7. Reconnect power from the distribution board.
Simply Connect to the App
Android Devices
1. The next step is to create an account for the Supla App that will be used to control the socket from your mobile device. For Android devices, scan the QR code or search the Google Play Store and download the Supla App from on your chosen mobile device.
2. Click on "Settings" and "Create an account" and after creating login details an email should have been sent to your selected email address. If the email doesn't appear then please also check your junk/spam folder.
3. Reload the app on your mobile device and in the settings of your device switch off any mobile data connection.
4. Click the 3-line menu button on the top left of the screen and click the "Add I/O Device" button on this menu and follow the procedure.
5. The socket should now be installed successfully and will appear on your Supla home screen. Slide this tab to the left to reveal the virtual switch and you should now be able to switch the socket by using your mobile device.
6. The name of the socket can be changed by holding a press on the socket tab and changing the `channel name'. The name of the assigned location can be changed by holding a press on the location section and changing the `location name'.

Apple Devices

starts to blink quickly. Release the button. 6. Press the "system settings" button on your mobile device and change the network on your mobile device to
the one beginning with SUPLA. 7. The socket should now be installed successfully and will appear on your Supla home screen. Slide this tab to
the left to reveal the virtual switch and you should now be able to switch the socket by using your mobile device. 8. Simply Connect to Google Home
1. Open your Google Home app, and open settings 2. Open `Works with Google' 3. Search `Supla', choose `SUPLA.ORG' as seen below. Sign into the Supla
website when it comes up. Your account will automatically be linked. Choose the device you want to set up and set up as appropriate. 4. Use your socket with the device widget on the Google Home app, or with linked Google Home accessories.
Simply Connect to Amazon Alexa
1. Open your Amazon Alexa app, and tap more 2. Tap the search icon in the top right and tap `Skills & Games' 3. Search `supla', choose `SUPLA'. Enable the Supla skill on your Alexa system. 4. Sign into the Supla website when it comes up. Grant access, and your
account will be linked to Alexa. Your account is now linked. 5. Tap `Discover Devices' for Alexa to recognise your new socket. You can now use your socket with the device
widget on the Alexa app, or with linked Alexa accessories.
