Getting Started with Rokid Air
Discover how to set up and connect your Rokid Air glasses for an immersive experience. Rokid Air supports two primary modes: Projection Mode and AR Mode.
Connectivity Options
Rokid Air offers versatile connectivity:
- Direct Connection: Compatible with Android phones, iPads, Android tablets, MacBooks, and PCs with USB-C and DP support.
- HDMI to Type-C Cable: Connect game consoles (PS4, Xbox, Switch) and PCs with HDMI ports.
- Wireless Adapter: Connect Android phones (Android 4.2+) and iPhones (iOS 7+) wirelessly.
AR Mode Setup
To enable Augmented Reality mode, ensure your Android phone (Android 10+) supports USB-C, DP, and OTG. Download and install the Rokid Air app from air.rokid.com. Follow on-screen instructions for device-specific setup, including exiting Samsung DeX or Huawei Pure Mode if necessary.
Interactions
Control your Rokid Air experience through intuitive methods:
- Touchpad: Navigate with single-finger taps and slides, two-finger scrolling, and three-finger swipes. Access the Launchpad with a three-finger swipe down.
- Controller: Utilize your smartphone as a controller for specific games and applications.
- Voice Control: Command your Rokid Air with voice for app launching, navigation, volume control, brightness adjustment, and media playback.
