Operations

Using the toothbrush

• Slide the toothbrush head down to the handle until it locks in place.
• Turn on the toothbrush by pressing the "Power" button.
• Shift between the 5 modes (White, Clean, Sensitive, Polish, Massage) by continuously pressing the "Power" button.
• Wet the bristles and apply toothpaste.
• Place bristles at a slight angle towards the gum line.
• Gently move the brush head across teeth (front, back, chewing surfaces) with minimal pressure. Avoid applying too much pressure or focusing on one area for too long.
• If pressure exceeds 250g, the pressure indicator light turns Red.
• The 2-minute smart timer pauses every 30 seconds to indicate changing brushing location.
• The toothbrush automatically powers off after 2 minutes.
• To avoid splashing, place the brush against teeth before turning it on and remove it only after turning it off.

Changing the toothbrush head

• Install: Slide the toothbrush head down toward the handle until correctly positioned.
• Detach: Firmly hold the base and pull the toothbrush head away from the handle.

Charging the toothbrush

• For first-time use or if the battery is low, ensure the toothbrush is fully charged.
• If not used for over 3 months, charge fully before use.
• A quickly flashing indicator light signifies low battery; charge as soon as possible.
• Connect the USB cable to the charging port at the bottom and to a power source.
• The charging indicator light is white and flashes slowly while charging.
• When fully charged, the indicator stays on for two minutes without flashing, then turns off. A full charge supports two minutes of use, twice daily, for 30 days.
• The toothbrush is waterproof and safe for bathroom use.

Modes Introduction

• The first mode: White Indicator light is white. Brush swing is large, vibration is strongest. Suitable for users needing strong cleaning effect without sensitive teeth.
• The second mode: Clean Indicator light is white. Brush swing is normal, vibration is medium speed. Suitable for normal oral conditions for strong cleaning and hygiene.
• The third mode: Sensitive Indicator light is white. Brush swing is soft, vibration is softest. Suitable for users with sensitive teeth.
• The fourth mode: Polish Indicator light is white. Bristle swing and vibration change rapidly. Can be used for incisor area treatment for whitening.
• The fifth mode: Massage Indicator light is white. Bristle swing and vibration change slowly. For gentle stimulation to keep gums firm and healthy.

• Damages from improper use (e.g., incorrect power supply, improper socket, artificial damage).
• Ageing and wear-out from normal use.
• Damages from using the product for other purposes or using non-Fairywill components.
