3. Operations
Using the toothbrush
- Slide the toothbrush head down to the handle and ensure it is locked correctly.
- Turn on the toothbrush by pressing the "Power" button.
- Shift between modes (Clean, Soft, Massage) by continuously pressing the "Power" button.
- Wet the bristles and apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste onto the brush.
- Place bristles at a slight angle towards the gum line.
- Gently move the brush head across teeth (front, back, chewing surfaces) with minimal pressure. Avoid applying too much pressure or focusing on one area for an extended period.
- The 2-minute smart timer with 30-second interval pauses is recommended for optimal brushing.
- The toothbrush will automatically power off after 2 minutes.
- To avoid splashing, turn on the toothbrush only after placing it in the mouth and remove it only after turning it off.
Changing the toothbrush head
- Install: Slide the toothbrush head down onto the handle until locked.
- Detach: Hold the base firmly and pull the head away from the handle.
Charging the toothbrush
- If the toothbrush is in low battery condition on first use, charge fully before usage.
- If not used for over 3 months, charge fully before use.
- A quickly flashing indicator light means low battery; charge as soon as possible.
- Connect the USB cable to the charging port at the bottom of the toothbrush and to a power source.
- The charging indicator light flashes slowly while charging.
- When fully charged, the indicator stays on for two minutes, then turns off. A full charge allows for two minutes of use, twice a day, for 25 days.
- The toothbrush is waterproof and safe for bathroom use.
Modes Introduction
- Clean Mode: White indicator light on "Clean". Strongest swing and vibration for effective cleaning and healthy oral hygiene.
- Soft Mode: White indicator light on "Soft". Softer swing and vibration, suitable for sensitive teeth.

5. Precautions
- Do not disassemble, repair, or alter the product without authorization.
- Consult a doctor before use if you have severe periodontal disease or have had oral surgery.

- Do not soak the product in water for extended periods.
- Do not expose the toothbrush to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Do not apply excessive force with the bristles against teeth or gums.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
6. After-sales service
- A 1-year warranty begins on the purchase date. Contact Fairywill if needed.
- Within the warranty period, defects from materials or malfunction will be repaired or replaced by Fairywill.
- For warranty repairs, submit the toothbrush and proof of purchase (invoice) to Fairywill.
- The following conditions are not included in the warranty:
- Damages from improper use (e.g., incorrect power supply, socket, artificial damage).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages from using the product for other purposes or using non-Fairywill components.
