Assembly Steps

The installation process is divided into several steps, indicated by numbered diagrams. The difficulty level for installation is rated from "Easy" for novices to "Very difficult" for experts.

Step 1: Attach component 1 to the motorcycle frame using component 2.

Step 2: Attach component 3 to the motorcycle frame using component 2.

Step 3: Secure component 4 to the motorcycle using component 2 and 5.

Step 4: Install component 6 using screws (2x M5 X 10mm).

Step 5: Attach the main bracket using screws 7 (2x M6 X 40mm) with a torque of 7 Nm. Use components 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 with screws 8 (4x M6) and 10 (4x M5 X 18mm), and washers 9 and 11, and nut 12. Apply a torque of 0.5 Nm to screws 10.

Step 6: Mount the Middle Screen, Fly Screen, or Aluminum Visor using screws 1 (4x) with a torque of 0.5 Nm.
