Fill-Rite Limited Warranty Policy

General Warranty Statement

Fill-Rite Company ("Manufacturer") warrants each consumer buyer of its products ("Buyer") from date of sale that goods of its manufacture ("Goods") shall be free from defects of materials and workmanship.

Warranty Duration for Products Purchased July 1, 2019, and After

The following outlines warranty durations for components and products purchased on or after July 1, 2019:

• Pump Castings: Warranted against material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the pump (excludes paint and corrosion). This includes motor frames, inlet flanges and bung adapters, junction box covers, motor housings, pump housings, switch plates, and end bells.
• Wearable Components: Warranted against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. Components include seals, gaskets, O-rings, springs, vanes, bypass caps, nozzle boots, switch shaft assembly components, line switches, rotors, rotor covers, and paint.
  • **Note on Paint:** Paint is warrantied for defects such as adhesion. Normal wear, exposure to elements, or chemicals causing degradation or corrosion are excluded.
• Accessories: Warranted against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. Accessories include cabling, cable connectors, elbows, hoses, nozzles, suction tubes, swivels, and anti-siphon kits.

Items not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to, miscellaneous fasteners, washers, labels, nameplates, rivets, emblems, packaging, Teflon tape, wiring nuts, and documentation.

Important Notes

* Proof of purchase from an Authorized Fill-Rite Company reseller is required for warranty claims. Claims without proof of purchase will default to the product warranty date code. In the EU, Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to 10 years.

Manufacturer's Obligation and Buyer's Remedy

Manufacturer's sole obligation under the foregoing warranties will be limited to either - at Manufacturer's option - replacing defective goods (subject to limitations hereinafter provided) or refunding the purchase price for such Goods theretofore paid by the buyer. The Buyer's exclusive remedy for breach of any such warranties will be enforcement of such obligations of the Manufacturer. If the Manufacturer so requests the return of such Goods, the Goods will be redelivered to the manufacturer in accordance with Manufacturer's instructions FOB Factory.

The remedies contained herein shall constitute the sole recourse of the Buyer against the Manufacturer for breach of warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, OR USE OF THE GOODS EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

The foregoing warranties will not extend to goods subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or maintenance, or have been repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer or its authorized representative. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OF ANY OTHER TYPE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. No person may vary the forgoing warranties or remedies, except in writing signed by a duly authorized officer of the Manufacturer. The Buyer's acceptance of delivery of the Goods constitutes acceptance of the foregoing warranties and remedies, and all conditions and limitations thereof.
