Get It Right The First Time

Follow this step-by-step instruction manual to speed up your installation.

Water Test

Your case has been water tested. If you plan to expose your device to water, it is recommended that you perform a pre-installation water test. Do not install the device during the test.

Install the Case without the device:

1. Pick up the front case, and line up the back case with the front.
2. Firmly press around the entire perimeter of the case.
3. Double check the case to make sure the seam around the edges is fully closed.

Perform the water test:

1. Place the case in the water and weigh it down with something not too heavy.
2. Leave the case underwater for 30 minutes.
3. Completely dry the outside of the case.

There should be no visible water drops inside although some minor condensation might appear if there is a significant difference in temperature between the water and the room. If it looks dry inside, the case has passed the test and it is ready for use.

⚠️ Water stains may be adhered to the MIC waterproof membrane after being submerged in water; please shake or dry it completely to avoid affecting voice or call quality.

Install

1. Remove any skin or screen protector from the device before installing the case.

Note: This case is designed to perfectly fit the naked device and any extra material will compromise its functionality and user experience of the case.

2. Clean the device with the included cloth.
3. Align the device's mute button with the mute button slot of the case, and insert it into the front case obliquely.
4. Snap on case back and firmly push to ensure a secure fit.
5. Open the charging port cover, and squeeze out the air between the protective film and the screen.
6. Close charge port door cover all the way in.

Remove

1. Insert the case key or a coin into the slot located at the bottom right side of the case, and twist gently to separate the case front and case back.
2. Slowly apart the case back from the bottom up.
3. Take the phone out of the case by ejecting the screen protector with your finger.

How to Shoot Underwater with This Waterproof Phone Case?

1. Water-test the case before installation and ensure it is installed properly.
2. Activate the photo/video mode on the phone before submerging the case.
3. Use the volume control button to act as a shutter (iPhone can do this) to take photos or capture videos while submerged.

Care + Maintenance

• Water test before planned water use and retest every month.
• Rinse with fresh water after exposure to soap, chlorine, or seawater.
• After major impacts: Inspect for damage and ensure the case, ports and covers are sealed. Redo water test before water use.
