Pure Tone Audiometry
The MA 42 features steady, warble, or pulsed pure tones and pediatric noise as test signals. Masking is easy to perform and can be concisely recorded in an appended table. With multiple transducer choices, users can select the ideal air conduction solution for their facility, while two dedicated ports keep them connected for quick, effortless switching.
Speech Audiometry
The MA 42's speech playback modes include internal wave files, external audio devices, or live speech, making it an ideal product for various test settings. With the ability to track responses, documenting results is simplified. The Internal WAV mode displays word lists, allowing users to verify responses at a glance. Setting a default list enhances speed; every saved result automatically brings up the next file, and the menu makes moving through files seamless.
Internal Database
The MA 42 features an internal database capable of storing up to 500 patient records, streamlining workflow. This allows for quick access to patient results for review directly from the device, minimizing the need for external data retrieval. When needed, stored results can be easily transferred to MAICO Sessions software or printed using the thermal printer.
Customizable Settings
Streamline workflow with fully customizable user settings, conveniently organized into intuitive categories, making each test faster, more efficient, and effortless.
Reporting Made Easy
Choose the workflow that matches your routine: save results to the internal database, create PDFs to a USB stick, print via the thermal printer, or transfer data to MAICO Sessions for easy storage, management, and visualization of every audiometry measurement.
MAICO Sessions PC Software
Data is displayed consistently with the device, ensuring a uniform visual appearance. Sessions automatically synchronizes measurements, providing a seamless transfer of test data. This enables the transfer of test data from the device to a PC for viewing, archiving, managing, and printing reports. All results from audiometry, tympanometry, and OAE assessments are stored together. Sessions can function as a standalone solution with its integrated database, seamlessly integrate into EMR systems via dedicated interface options, or connect with OtoAccess® or NOAH patient databases. Additionally, it enables patient list transfers to the MA 42 database when used with the integrated, OtoAccess®, or NOAH databases.
This software provides the means to create detailed reports that can be easily filed or printed. Users can create a paperless office by saving test results as PDFs for electronic filing or email.
