Warnings

• [!] Do not disassemble the device. If the device is damaged, the power supply cables are not isolated or the isolation is damaged, DO NOT touch the device before unplugging the power supply.
• [!] All wireless data transferring devices produce interference that may affect other devices which are placed nearby.
• [🔧] Enquire about the OBD II position of your vehicle. If you are unsure about the connection, contact specialised personnel. If the tracker is not used for a longer period of time, unplug it and store it in a dry and childproof place.
• [⚡] Installation and/or handling during a lightning storm is prohibited.
• [!] Cynatix is not responsible for any harm caused by incorrect connection between your vehicle and the device.
• [☂] The device is susceptible to water and humidity.
• [!] WARNING! Do not use the device if it distracts the driver or causes inconvenience due to the device placement. Device must not interfere with driver.
• [battery-disposal] Battery should not be disposed of with general household waste. Bring damaged or worn-out batteries to your local recycling center or dispose them to battery recycle bin found in stores.

Registration

Step 1

If you already have an account, please login. Otherwise, click the "Register" button.

Step 2

Enter the 16-digit product key that you will find on the first page of the instructions.

Alternatively, you can use the app to scan the QR code by clicking on "Scan QR-Code".

Once you have successfully entered the product key, please click the "Next" button.

Step 4

Follow the instructions on the browser or in the app to complete your registration.

The following information is required for successful registration:

• First name and surname
• Your phone number
• Company name (optional)
• Your address
• Email address

Add new device / vehicle

Step 1

To add a device, click on the "+" symbol in the navigation bar and select "Add new device".

Step 2

Please enter either the device ID (IMEI) or the product key.

Alternatively, you can use the app to scan the QR code by clicking on "Scan QR Code".

Step 3

If the entered device ID (IMEI) is not recognized, your device may not be registered yet.

In this case, please enter the 16-digit product key and follow the instructions in the app.
