Operation
ON/OFF Switch: Located on the front of the handle. Depress to the 'I' position to turn ON, and to the '0' position to turn OFF.
General Sanding: Place the sander on the workpiece before turning it ON. Move in long, sweeping strokes parallel to the grain. Adjust pressure based on the desired finish. Keep the sanding disc flat on the workpiece.
Sandpaper Selection: Choose sandpaper grit based on the workpiece material and the desired finish. Start with coarser grits and gradually move to finer grits.
Maintenance
WARNING: All repairs should be performed by qualified service personnel. Always turn off and unplug the sander before performing maintenance or cleaning.
- Inspect the pad for wear or damage.
- Keep ventilation slots clean to prevent motor overheating.
- Clean the tool housing with a soft sponge and damp cloth. Avoid using solvents on plastic parts.
- Use a dust collector and empty it frequently.
