Connectivity Modes
The TOGAR T9 keyboard supports three connectivity modes:
- Bluetooth Mode: Connect wirelessly via Bluetooth.
- 2.4G Mode: Connect wirelessly using the included USB receiver.
- USB Mode: Connect via the included USB Type-C data line.
Pairing Methods
Bluetooth Pairing
- Press and hold any of the
FN + Q
,FN + W
, orFN + E
keys for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash slowly, indicating the keyboard is in pairing status. - Turn on Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device. Search for and connect to the device named "TOGAR 3.0" (for Windows 7) or "TOGAR 5.0" (for Windows 8 or above), or other mobile devices.
- Complete the connection process.
You can pair up to 3 Bluetooth devices. Short press FN + Q
, FN + W
, or FN + E
to switch between paired devices.
2.4G Pairing
- Turn the switch to the 2.4G mode.
- Press and hold
FN + P
for pairing. The P key will flash. - Insert the USB receiver into your device.
- The P key will stop flashing, indicating successful pairing. Slow flashing indicates the keyboard is in a reconnection state.
FN + TAB
can turn the code indicator light on/off.
Receiver Storage
The receiver has been paired with the device at the factory. This pairing method is only used for the first-time setup or when the 2.4G connection fails. It does not need to be set up every time.
System Switching
Switch between Windows and Mac operating systems:
- For Windows: Press
FN + P
- For Mac: Press

Backlight Control
Basic Backlight Switching:

Custom Backlight Settings:
- Press
FN + F1
to select a set of backlight modes. - Press

to enter custom backlight settings. - Press the keys that need to be recorded to set the custom backlight. Complete other key backlight settings.

FN + F2
again to save and exit.
FN + TAB
(long press for 3 seconds) restores factory settings.

Pilot Lamp & Battery Indicator
Indicator Lights:
- Num Lock: [Num Lock indicator]
- Caps Lock: [Caps Lock indicator]
- Scroll Lock: [Scroll Lock indicator]
- Win Lock: [Win Lock indicator]
Charging: Plug in the USB Type-C cable. The indicator light will show charging status. Four solid lights indicate a full charge.
Battery Level Indicators:
- Four lights solid: 75% - 100%
- Three lights solid: 50% - 75%
- Two lights solid: 25% - 50%
- One light solid: 0% - 25% (flashing when battery is low)
Auto-Sleep: The keyboard backlight automatically turns off after 5 minutes of inactivity to save power. Press any key to wake the keyboard.
Note: FN + Enter
toggles the function of indicator lights.
