Installation Specifications
- Measure the height, width, and depth of the opening, including baseboards, molding, tile, and countertop overhang. Ensure enough room to open doors, considering walls or islands.
- Refer to illustrations for specific dimensions.
- Allow 2.5 inches of clearance on the hinge side when installing next to a wall where the handle may make contact.
- Allow 2 inches minimum clearance at the rear for air circulation and water/electrical connections. Allow a 3/8 inch minimum clearance at sides and top for ease of installation.
- Ensure each door and entryway is wide enough for the refrigerator to be moved through easily.
For optimal usage and to open refrigerator doors completely, do not install next to a wall.
