This document provides instructions for building the LEGO DUPLO 10592 Fire Truck set. The DUPLO system is designed for young children, offering larger bricks for easier handling and creative play.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Construct the House
Take a blue 2x2 brick with a window. Attach it to a blue 2x4 brick. Place a blue 2x2 brick on top of the window brick. Add a red 2x2 brick on top of the blue 2x2 brick. Finally, place a red slope brick on top of the red 2x2 brick. This forms the small house.
Step 1 (Continued): Assemble the Truck Base
Take a large grey 6x10 plate. Attach a blue 2x2 brick to the front center of the plate.
Step 2: Attach the Truck Cabin
Take a grey 6x8 plate with wheels. Attach a red 4x6 brick with front details (headlights, grille) to the front of the grey plate. Attach a blue 1x2 brick with lights to the top of the red brick. This assembly clicks into place [click sound].
Step 3: Add the Ladder Mechanism
Take the assembled truck cabin and base. Attach a red 2x4 brick and a red 2x2 brick to the rear of the truck bed. Connect the grey ladder piece and the grey 2x2 brick with the hose reel to the rear of the truck bed, on top of the red bricks.
Step 4: Add Truck Bed Details
Attach a white 2x4 plate to the top of the ladder mechanism. Place a red 2x2 brick with a printed face (showing '838' and 'A BO') onto the truck bed.
Step 5: Attach the Crane Mechanism
Take the grey 2x6 plate with wheels. Attach a yellow 2x4 brick to the front of the grey plate. This assembly will connect to the rear of the truck.
Step 6: Final Assembly and Figures
Connect the crane mechanism (from Step 5) to the rear of the truck. Place the assembled small house next to the truck. Add the figures: one firefighter figure with a helmet and axe, and another firefighter figure with a helmet and shield. The firefighter figure can hold the axe and shield.
