Setup and Installation

Tips for Best Performance

Surround Sound:

• Software installation is required for surround sound functionality.
• On the headset, slide the surround sound switch towards the Dolby logo to enable 7.1 surround sound.
• For optimal experience, set your game or application audio to surround sound (e.g., 7.1, 5.1, or multi-channel). Avoid using specific headphone audio settings within games/apps if possible.
• Movie playback (DVDs, Blu-ray™) may require third-party software.
• When surround sound is off, the headset outputs stereo audio.

G-keys:

• Use the included software to customize G-key actions for media players, chat clients, voice morphing, and other applications.
• G-keys can be used in the background while gaming in full-screen mode.

General Use:

• Some games/applications may require a restart after plugging in the headset for proper recognition.
• Volume and microphone controls are available on the headset and within the software.
• Muting the Microphone: You can mute the microphone by either pressing the dedicated mute button on the headset or rotating the microphone boom to its upright position. The microphone mute light will illuminate in both cases.

Limited Warranty

Logitech warrants this hardware product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser. Remedies include repair or replacement of the hardware, or a refund, at Logitech's option, provided the hardware is returned with proof of purchase. Logitech may use new, refurbished, or used parts for repairs. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty does not cover damage from accident, abuse, unauthorized repair, improper use/maintenance, or use of non-Logitech consumables. Restrictions may be prohibited by applicable law.
