Scan to Install Official Website Downloadus.vanpowers.com/pages/app App Registration and Login After downloading and installing the app, users will need to create an account to access their improved cycling experience. When registering, please note: Once you enter a valid email, you will receive a 6-digit verification code. Passwords must consist of 620 characters, including numbers and both uppercase and lowercase letters. App Feature Summary When you log into the app, we will ask you to complete a brief survey to better tailor our app and its functions to your needs. Your personal information will be kept absolutely secure and confidential. You will need to allow the app to access your GPS and enable Bluetooth in order to connect your e-bike to the app. Next, you can either scan the QR code on the e-bike's display screen. Once successfully connected, you are now listed as the owner of the e-bike and will have the authority to share or remove access for other users. Be sure to regularly check for app and firmware updates and download them as soon as possible. We continuously work to fix bugs and release new features with each update.
