Important Notes
- RedNet PCIe and RedNet PCIeR are not and will not be supported on Apple Silicon based computers (M1).
- To use a Red Range interface on macOS 10.14 please first install this version of RedNet Control and restart the computer, then download and install driver 4.6.2 (separate download). The driver version included with this version of RedNet Control will not pass audio on macOS 10.14, hence this requirement.
- All RedNet and Red devices now default to Redundant Mode. If you are using Dante Port 2 for daisy-chaining (Switched Mode) then this can be changed in Dante Controller:
- Open Dante Controller.
- Double-click on the device that you wish to change from Redundant to Switched Mode.
- Navigate to the 'Network Config' tab.
- Under the header 'Dante Redundancy', change the option from 'Redundant' to 'Switched'.
- Reboot the device.
- Only one Red thunderbolt device can be connected to a single computer at a time.
- For Brooklyn 1 devices that are currently on Firmware Version 3.4, please follow these steps to upgrade your device: https://customer.focusrite.com/en/support/downloads?brand=Focusrite+Pro&download_type=all
