Getting Started
Download the Client App: Scan the QR code (QR codes are excluded from this document) to download and install the DaFit client on your mobile phone.
Watch Profiles: The watch features a push-button and color touch screen, integrating multiple functions. The large color screen provides a wider view.

Basic Operations
Waking Up: With the screen off, click the button to wake the watch.
Lighting Up the Screen: Click the UP button or raise/turn your wrist inwards to light up the screen.
Screen Off:
- After lighting up the screen, it automatically turns off after a period of no operation.
- Lowering your arm makes the screen go off quickly.
- You can set the screen off time in Watch Settings > Display > Screen Off Time.
Charging and Powering Up
Charging: Aim the charging cable at the charging area on the back of the watch. Connect the other end to a charger and power it on until the charging indicator appears on the screen.
Powering On: Charging can automatically power on the device, or you can long-press the UP button to power it on.
Charging Precautions: Keep the charging cable, device, etc., dry during charging. It is recommended to use a power adapter with a rated output voltage of 5V and a rated output current of 1A. Ensure the adapter is CCC certified and meets standard requirements.
Pairing and Connecting Devices
Initial Pairing: After the device is turned on for the first time, Bluetooth is paired by default. Download and install the latest version of the DaFit App before pairing.
Phone Settings: Ensure your phone has Bluetooth and location services turned on.
Pairing Steps:
- HarmonyOS/Android Users: In the DaFit App, click "Add Device". The app will automatically scan for connectable devices. Click the target device to connect and pair according to the interface prompts.
- iOS Users: In the DaFit App, click "Add Device", select the device you want to pair from the list, and click "Pairing".
Bluetooth Calling Permissions: You need to agree to specific permissions for Bluetooth calling functionality.
Replacing Paired Phone: If you replace the paired cell phone, go to App > Remove Device.
Successful Pairing: After successful pairing, the device returns to the dial interface and synchronizes relevant information like date and time.
Wearing the Watch
Fit: Ensure the bottom case of the watch is clean and free of debris. Fit the monitoring unit area on your wrist for a comfortable, snug fit. Do not put a film on the back of the watch, as the sensors there are crucial for accurate recognition of the human body.
Sensor Functionality: The sensors at the bottom of the watch recognize the human body. If covered, it can lead to inaccurate or unrecognized readings for heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep data.
Measurement Accuracy: To ensure accuracy, wear the watch at least one finger away from the bone joints. Keep the strap comfortably snug, especially during exercise.
Buttons and On-Screen Controls
The device features a color screen supporting full-screen touch, swipe up, swipe down, swipe left, swipe right, and long-press operations.
POWER Key:
- Short press: Wake screen / Turn off screen.
- Long press: Turn on/off.
- Double-tap: Go to Recent Apps.
MENU Key:
- Short press: Enter function menu / Return to previous level.
- Long press: Access voice assistant.
SPORT Key:
- Short press: Enter sport mode.
- Long press: Access stopwatch.
- Supports key customization (set in the App).
Heart Rate Measurement
Accuracy Tips: Wear the device normally, avoiding bone joints, not too loose. Wear it as snugly as possible during exercise.
Single Heart Rate Measurement: Select "Heart Rate" in the device application list to take a single measurement.
Factors Affecting Accuracy: External factors like hairy arms, tattoos, darker skin color, sagging arms, or shaking arms may lead to inaccurate or unavailable measurement results.
Continuous Heart Rate Measurement: In the DaFit app device page, go to Other Settings > All Day Heart Rate to enable the continuous heart rate switch. The device will then continuously measure heart rate at set intervals.
Sports Mode
1. In the watch's application list, tap "Exercise".
2. Select the type of workout on the Workout screen. You can also swipe up and tap "Customize" to add and select additional workouts.
3. Click the start icon to begin your workout.
4. During the workout, briefly press the upper button of the watch, then tap the end icon on the pause screen to finish the workout.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. Why does the watch not turn on?
- A1: Charge the watch with the original charger for more than 30 minutes.
- A2: Use a high-power charger (e.g., 9V/2A) or other fast chargers.
- A3: Contact customer service to replace the data cable.
Q2. Why can't the watch connect through the APP?
- A1: Unpair all Bluetooth devices on your cell phone, delete the APP, and reconnect according to the user manual.
- A2: Reset the watch and restart the phone.
- A3: Switch to another phone to reconnect the watch.
Q3. Why is the data collected by the watch inaccurate?
- A1: Fill in accurate personal information (gender, age, height, weight) on the APP.
- A2: Ensure the protective film on the back of the watch is removed.
- A3: Make sure the watch is worn neither too loose nor too tight.
- A4: Reset the watch to recheck data accuracy.
- A5: Different brands use different software algorithms, leading to variations in data collection methods. Compare data from different devices cautiously.
Q4. The watch can't sync WhatsApp or Facebook?
- A1: Ensure the app has permission to access phone notifications.
- A2: Make sure WhatsApp or Facebook notifications are turned on in your phone.
- A3: Make sure WhatsApp or Facebook notifications are turned on in the app.
- A4: Disconnect and reconnect the watch.
Q5. Why is the battery life too short?
- A1: Reduce screen brightness and set the screen timeout to five seconds.
- A2: Turn off 24-hour heart rate monitoring without notifications.
