Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach the main spreader body to the rider's rear mounting points, lifting it upwards.

Step 2: Secure the spreader body to the rider using bolts.

Step 3: For Model D and Model DX, attach mounting brackets using bolts (725 25 42-51).

Step 4: For Model HX, attach mounting brackets using bolts (725 25 42-51).

Step 5: Place a protective cover over the spreader mechanism.

Step 6: Attach side covers to the rider's frame using fasteners (indicated as 4x and 5x).

Step 7: Route the control cable and hydraulic hose along the rider's frame, connecting them to designated points.

Step 8: Connect the electrical cables.

Step 9: Position and secure a cover.

Step 10: Measure specific distances (26 mm, 30 mm) on the rider's frame to identify mounting locations.

Step 11: Attach mounting brackets to the rider.

Step 12: Secure the brackets with fasteners.

Step 13: Drill holes with a 5 mm diameter at marked locations.

Step 14: Attach a component with electrical connectors.

Step 15: Connect a cable.

Step 16: Mount the spreader's control unit/box to the front of the rider using fasteners (2x, 4x, 8 mm).

Step 17: Place a cover on the rider's rear section using fasteners (4x).

Step 18: Overall view of the spreader mounted on the rider.

Step 19: Adjust the spreader's speed control knob. Settings are indicated. Use a 2 mm tool.

Step 20: Adjust the spreader's engagement lever. Settings are indicated. Use a 14 mm tool.

Step 21: Adjust the spreader's control knob.

Step 22: For Model DX, HX, attach a component to the rider, noting a warning (⚠).

Step 23: For Model DX, HX, attach a component to a specific point on the rider.

Step 24: For Model DX, HX, connect wires using 14 mm and 2 mm fasteners.

Step 25: For Model DX, HX, connect wires using a 2 mm fastener.

Step 26: For Model D, attach a component.

Step 27: For Model D, drill a hole with a 10 mm diameter.

Step 28: For Model D, attach components using 14 mm and 2 mm fasteners.

Step 29: For Model D, secure a component using a 2 mm tool.

Step 30: Route and connect the spreader's wiring harness to the rider's electrical system.

Step 31: Insert a rubber grommet into a hole.

Step 32: Connect wires.

Step 33: Route a cable through the grommet.

Step 34: Electrical connections: Model D uses J20, Model DX, HX uses J10.

Step 35: For Model DX, HX, connect a component.

Step 36: For Model DX, HX, connect a component.

Step 37: For Model DX, HX, connect a component.

Step 38: For Model D, attach a component.

Step 39: For Model D, connect wires.

Step 40: For Model D, place a cover on the rider.

Step 41: Attach side covers to the rider using fasteners (5x).

Step 42: Place a cover on the rider.

Step 43: Attach a cover using fasteners (2x, 19mm).

Step 44: Attach a cover.

Step 45: Ensure correct alignment of the spreader on the rider (indicated by checkmark ✔️) versus incorrect alignment (indicated by cross ❌).

Step 46: Shows the spreader's internal mechanism, possibly for adjustment or cleaning.

Step 47: Shows the spreader being handled or positioned.

Step 48: Shows a component being attached or adjusted.

Step 49: Shows a component being attached or adjusted.

Step 50: Illustrates the spreader in use (spreading material) and a person cleaning up with a vacuum.
