Operating Instructions

Pairing

Open the charging case and take out the earbuds.
The earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode.
On your device, enable Bluetooth and select "Q10 TW" from the list of available devices.
Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect when the case is opened.

Controls

Play/Pause: Tap the touch control on either earbud once.
Next Track: Double-tap the touch control on the right earbud.
Previous Track: Double-tap the touch control on the left earbud.
Answer/End Call: Tap the touch control on either earbud once.
Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control on either earbud.
Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch control on either earbud.

Charging

Place the earbuds into the charging case.
Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB cable. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status.

Troubleshooting

No sound: Ensure earbuds are charged and paired correctly. Check volume levels on your device.

Connection issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device and then turn it back on. Reset the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the touch controls for 10 seconds.

Care and Maintenance

Keep the earbuds and charging case dry.
Clean the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures.
