Getting Started

Before using your phone, please read the legal, safety and regulatory information provided with your product.

Phone Layout

Front: Earpiece [earpiece], USB-C/charger [USB-C/charger], Microphone [microphone], Speaker [speaker], Headset jack [headset jack], Volume buttons [volume buttons], Power button and fingerprint sensor [power button and fingerprint sensor], Google Assistant button* [Google Assistant button].

Top/Side: SIM and microSD card tray [SIM and microSD card tray].

Back: Quad Pixel camera [Quad Pixel camera], Ultra-wide camera [ultra-wide camera], Macro camera [macro camera], Flash [flash], Depth camera [depth camera].

Sensors: Proximity sensor [proximity sensor].

* Press [press]: open the Google Assistant. Press and hold [press and hold]: say a command or question. Note: this feature may not be available in all languages.

Power button and fingerprint sensor: Press and hold [press and hold]: turn phone on/off. Press [press]: display on/off. Tap [tap]: unlock with fingerprint sensor.

Cameras

Your phone has two front and four back cameras, which means you can take amazing photos in any situation.

Back Camera Setup: Ultra-wide camera [ultra-wide camera], Quad Pixel camera [Quad Pixel camera], Macro camera [macro camera], Flash [flash], Depth camera [depth camera].

Inserting Cards and Powering On

Nano SIM

  1. Insert the SIM tool [SIM tool] into the tray hole to pop out the tray. Make sure you use the correct size SIM card [SIM card] and don't cut the SIM card [SIM card].
  2. Insert the SIM card(s) with the gold contacts down, then gently push the tray into the slot [SIM slot]. Add a microSD card [microSD card] for additional storage.*
  3. Press and hold the Power button [power button], then follow the prompts to get started.

*microSD card is optional, sold separately.

Use of other chargers is not recommended. Don't charge your phone in temperatures below -20°C or above 45°C. [Warning about high volume usage]: To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
