Timberland Kids' Shoe Sizing Guide
How to Measure Kids' Feet
Instructions
- Make sure the printout sizing is accurate by comparing a credit card or quarter to the outline below.
- Fold up the paper at the dotted line and place on the floor, so the folded section is up against the wall.
- Have your kid stand on the guide with their heel against the wall and measure their right foot.
- Try to hold their attention long enough to measure their left foot as well.
- If their two feet are different sizes, choose the larger size.
Sizing Chart and Accuracy Check
Visual Representation of Foot Measurement Guide:
A large, grey silhouette of a child's foot is centered on the right side of the page, with the heel positioned at the top, indicated by the text "Heel Goes Here".
To the left of the foot silhouette is a vertical measurement scale. This scale starts at '0' at the bottom and progresses upwards through increments such as 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 13, 13.5. The scale then restarts from 1 and continues to 7, likely representing different sizing systems or ranges.
Vertical labels are placed to the right of the scale, indicating size categories: "Infant" (corresponding to the lower part of the scale, roughly 0-2), "Toddler" (mid-section, roughly 2-9), "Youth" (upper-mid section, roughly 9-13.5), and "Junior" (lower section, roughly 1-7).
Horizontal lines extend from the measurement scale across the foot silhouette, allowing users to align the length of their child's foot with the corresponding size.
Print Accuracy Check
(Reprint at 100% if incorrect)
On the lower left, a dotted outline resembling a standard credit card is shown, labeled "Credit Card".
Below the credit card outline, a dotted circle is shown, labeled "Quarter".
These elements serve as a visual reference to confirm the printout has been scaled correctly for accurate measurements.
