The plug is faulty. | Try plugging another appliance into the same socket. Avoid using connecting electrical devices like adapters or extensions.
A power failure occurred. | Wait for power to be restored and reset the fuse if necessary.
The tumble dryer does not start. | The door has not been closed properly. | Close the door securely. |
A time delay was set for the start of the cycle. | For machines with this function: wait for the set delay to end or switch the machine off to reset it. Refer to the Options section.
The "Start/Pause" button was not pressed to start the program. | Press the "Start/Pause" button.
The Key Lock function was enabled (for machines equipped with this option). | Refer to the Options section. If Key Lock was selected, disable it. Switching the machine off does not disable this option.

Large loads or heavier fabrics. | Dryness levels can be adjusted to the desired dryness. 'Extra Dry' is recommended for ready-to-wear items.
The drying times are very long. | Appropriate maintenance was not performed. | Refer to the Care & Maintenance section and perform the described operations. |
The selected program, time, and/or drying level are not suitable for the type and amount of load. | Consult the Programmes and Options sections to find the most suitable program and options for your load type.
The garments are too wet. | Run a wash cycle with a higher spin speed to remove as much water as possible.
The dryer may be overloaded. | Refer to the Programmes section to check the maximum load for each program.
Room temperature. | Drying time may increase if the room temperature is outside the 14–30°C range.

Water tank | The water tank is full. | Empty the water tank. Refer to the Care & Maintenance section. |

Bottom filter* | The bottom filter requires cleaning. | Clean the bottom filter. Refer to the Care & Maintenance section. |
DEMO mode: The cycle lasts a few minutes. | The dryer is in DEMO mode. The DEMO indicator is illuminated. | Disable DEMO mode. Perform the following actions sequentially without breaks: Switch the machine on, then switch it off. Press and hold the Start/Pause button until a buzzer sounds. Switch the machine on again. The "DEMO" indicator will flash and then turn off. |
The presence of a wrench symbol signals a malfunction. | The machine sensors have detected a failure. | Switch the dryer off and unplug it. Open the door immediately and remove laundry to allow heat to dissipate. Wait approximately 15 minutes. Reconnect the dryer to the power supply, load the laundry, and restart the drying cycle. If the problem persists, contact the After-Sales Service Centre and provide the letters and digits displayed on the screen (e.g., F3 and E2). |
*Note: Some models are self-cleaning and do not have a bottom filter. Please refer to the Care & Maintenance section.
