One-Step Microwave
This section details quick cooking functions using the microwave.
Instant Cooking (1-3 Minutes)
Press buttons [1], [2], or [3] for 1 to 3 minutes of instant cooking at 100% power.
Press [+30s] to add 30 seconds of cooking time.
Note: You can also press [+30s] for 30-second instant cooking. Press it again to add another 30 seconds.
Microwave Operation
This section explains how to manually set cooking time and power levels.
Press [Cook Time], then use the number pads [0]-[9] to enter the desired cooking time.
Press [Power Level], then use the number pads [0]-[9] to select a different power level.
Press [+30s] to start cooking.
Defrost Functions
Two defrosting methods are available: Weight Defrost and Time Defrost.
Weight Defrost
Press [Auto Defrost], then use the number pads to input the weight of the food to be defrosted.
Press [+30s] to start defrosting.
Note: The weight range for defrosting is between 0.1 to 6.0 lbs. Inputting a weight outside this range will result in an invalid entry.
Time Defrost
Press [Auto Defrost] twice, then use the number pads to input the defrost time.
Press [+30s] to start defrosting.
Note: 1. The time range for defrosting is between 00:01 to 99:99. Inputting a time outside this range will result in an invalid entry. 2. The default defrost power level is 3.
Sensor Cook
This function allows cooking based on food steam detection.
Press the desired menu option under [Sensor Cook].
Press [+30s] to start the sensor cook function; no manual time setting is required.
Note: 1. The buzzer will beep twice when the sensor detects food steam. 2. For more detailed instructions on sensor cook, please refer to user manual pages 20-23.
Popcorn Function
Dedicated function for cooking popcorn.
Press [Popcorn] once for the default weight of 1.75 lbs.
Press [Popcorn] twice or three times to set for 3.0 lbs or 3.5 lbs respectively.
Press [+30s] to start cooking.
Preset Menu

S-04 Potato | 1~4 Units (6~8 Oz each one) | Room Temp. | Pierce each potato surface 6 times with a fork. Place potatoes around the edge of a paper towel-lined turntable. Do not cover. If additional time is needed, continue to cook manually. Allow to stand for 5 minutes in the oven after finishing to prevent burning. |
S-05 Meat | 8~24 Oz (225~680g) | 5 degrees. | Break apart meat in a glass bowl or colander. Cover with a lid or vented plastic wrap. Juices should be clear when done; drain if necessary. When cooking time counts down, press [+30s] to pause, open the oven door to mix, and then continue cooking. |
