PROBLEM SOLUTION
6-Button Navigation is locked/buttons do not work. Buttons automatically lock after 2 minutes of inactivity. Press the [LOCK] button to unlock.
The food won't come out. Ensure dry food is used (kibble size 2-10mm). Check for foreign objects in the food tank or chute. Verify low battery level or power connection.
Inaccurate food amount, unclear display, or function not working properly? This is often caused by low battery power. Replace with new D-cell alkaline batteries.
How to clean the feeder? Use a damp cloth, preventing water from entering the machine. The storage tank, lid, and feeding basin can be cleaned with water. Disassemble according to instructions. Do not place outdoors or expose to rain.
