1. Important Safety Information
This section provides crucial safety information to prevent potential hazards. Always adhere to the safety alert symbol (⚠️) and the following guidelines:
- WARNING: Indicates a hazardous situation that could result in death or serious injury if not avoided.
- CAUTION: Indicates a hazardous situation that could result in harm to your pet if not avoided.
- NOTICE: Addresses safe use practices not related to personal injury.
Specific Warnings:
- Do not immerse the control panel or base unit in water.
- Do not place anything on top of the pet feeder.
- Dispose of all packaging materials properly, keeping polybags away from children and pets.
- Do not allow small children to play with or around the pet feeder.
- Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
- Intended for use with dogs or cats only.
- Do not use with puppies, kittens, dogs, or cats unable to reach the food tray or with physical disabilities.
- For indoor household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Check operation frequently to ensure proper dispensing.
- Use for dry food only. Do not use wet, canned, or moist food.
- Place the pet feeder on a level surface.
- Replace batteries with new ones before leaving for extended periods.
- Do not place foreign objects in the pet feeder.
- Do not disassemble the pet feeder except as instructed in this guide.
- To protect against electric shock, do not place the power cord or plug in water or other liquids.
- Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- To unplug, grasp the plug, not the power cord.
- Do not operate if the power cord or plug is damaged or if the unit is malfunctioning.
- For portable appliances, do not place or store where it can fall into a tub or sink.
- Always unplug the appliance when not in use, before attaching/removing parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- If the plug gets wet, turn off electricity to the outlet and do not attempt to unplug.
- Examine the appliance after installation; do not plug in if water is on the power cord or plug.
- Position the power cord to avoid tripping hazards.
CAUTION: Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. Consider purchasing a cord conduit for the power cord if concerned about chewing.

3. Features, Controls and Indicators
The pet feeder features the following:
- Lid: Serves as the closure or seal of the food tank.
- Lid Release Button: Allows the lid to be removed for adding pet food.
- Food Tank: Holds dry or semi-moist pet food.
- Food Tank Buckle: Allows the food tank to be removed for cleaning.
- Control Panel: Contains the LCD screen and 6-button navigation.
- LCD Screen: Displays text and images for programming.
- 6-Button Navigation: Includes UP, DOWN, MIC, LOCK, SET, and FEED buttons for operation.
- Food Chute Outlet: Where food passes through to the bowl.
- Feeder Base: Main part of the feeder holding the control panel and battery compartment.
- USB Power Connector: For connecting the power adapter.
- Removable Stainless Steel Bowl: Catches dispensed pet food.
- Removable Bowl Holder: Secures the stainless steel bowl.
Panel Instruction:
- Low Battery/MIC Indicator: Shows battery or microphone status.
- “MIC” Button: Records your voice.
- “LOCK” Button: Locks the control panel.
- “DOWN” Button: Decreases selection.
- “SET” Button: Parameter modification.
- “FEED” Button: Manual feeding.
- Time Indicator: Displays current time or next scheduled meal time (12 or 24-hour format).
- Meal Number: Indicates the meal being programmed (up to 12 meals).
- Meal Size: Indicates portion size for the programmed meal.
- Button Lock Indicator: Visually indicates the control panel's locked state.

3.3 Quick Programming Guide
Ensure the feeder is powered on and the control panel is unlocked. This guide is for indoor use only.
3.3.1 LOCK Button:
Press the [LOCK] button to unlock the control panel. The lock icon will open. The buttons automatically lock after 20 seconds of inactivity.
3.3.2 MIC Button:
Press and hold the [MIC] button for 2 seconds to start recording. The "Low Battery/Mic" LED turns red, and the speaker emits a beep. Release the button to end recording. Your recording will be replayed. Keep the button pressed during recording.
3.3.3 SYSTEM TIME SETTING:
A. Hour Setting: Press [SET]. The hour flashes. Use the [UP] or [DOWN] buttons to adjust. Long press for automatic increase/decrease.
B. Minute Setting: Press [SET] again. The minute flashes. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to adjust. Long press for automatic increase/decrease. The display shows the current system time or scheduled meal time (12 or 24-hour format).
3.3.4 MEAL TIME SETTING:
A. Hour Setting (1st Meal): Press [SET]. "MEAL 1" and hour flash. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to adjust the hour. Long press for automatic increase/decrease.
B. Minute Setting (1st Meal): Press [SET] again. "MEAL 1" and minute flash. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to adjust the minute. Long press for automatic increase/decrease.
C. Portion Setting (1st Meal): Press [SET] again. "MEAL 1" and "Portion" flash. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to adjust the portion. Long press for automatic increase/decrease.
D. Hour Setting (2nd Meal): Press [SET] again. "MEAL 2" and hour flash. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to adjust the hour.
E. Minute Setting (2nd Meal): Press [SET] again. Adjust minute similar to the first meal.
F. Servings Setting (2nd Meal): Press [SET] again. Adjust servings similar to the first meal.
Continue this process for up to 4 meals (or more, depending on model). Pressing [SET] after the last setting returns to the unlock standby state.
3.3.5 UP & DOWN BUTTON:
UP Button [▲]: Short press increases the number by 1; long press increases automatically.
DOWN Button [▼]: Short press decreases the number by 1; long press decreases automatically.
3.3.6 FEED BUTTON:
FEED Button [FEED]: In the unlocked state, short press to manually feed one portion.
3.3.7 Note:
- Low Battery Indicator: Check the indicator light. Replace batteries promptly if flashing or sounding.
- Do not put fingers into the machine.
- Uses 3xD alkaline batteries.
- Dispose of old batteries according to regulations. Remove batteries if the feeder is unused for a long time.
- Use only dry pet food.
4. Prepare and Assemble Feeder
4.1 Assembling Bowl Holder & Bowl:
Attach the bowl holder and bowl to the feeder. The desiccant bag helps remove moisture and odor, protecting food from oxidation.
Note: Change the desiccant bag every 15 days. Remove it before cleaning the lid. Tear the sealing film only when using the bag for antioxidant effect.
4.2 Placing Desiccant Bag:
The desiccant bag maintains freshness and prevents oxidation. Replace every 15 days.
4.3 Connecting Power:
Insert the 5V power adapter into a wall socket and plug it into the feeder. Install 3 D-cell alkaline batteries (not included) for backup power. The LCD display will light up.
Note: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before connecting power. The battery level icon blinks if the battery voltage is low (<4V).
4.4 Feeding Schedule Setup:
Refer to section 5.3 steps. Fill the food tank with dry pet food and close the lid.
Note: Use dry kibble sized between 2-10mm (0.07-0.4in). Do not use wet or moist food.
4.5 Filling Food Tank:
Fill the food tank with dry pet food and close the lid.
Note: Recommended kibble size is 2-10mm. Do not use canned, wet, or moist food.
4.6 Recording A Meal Call:
Press and hold the [MIC] button. After a beep, record your voice for less than 10 seconds. Release the button; two beeps indicate the recording is saved.
4.7 Manually Feeding Your Pet:
Press the [FEED] button to dispense one portion (2½ tsp / 12.5ml) of food.
4.8 Note:
Manual feeding does not affect the normal schedule or portion settings.
5. Troubleshooting
PROBLEM | SOLUTION |

The food won't come out. | Ensure dry food is used (kibble size 2-10mm). Check for foreign objects in the food tank or chute. Verify low battery level or power connection. |
Inaccurate food amount, unclear display, or function not working properly? | This is often caused by low battery power. Replace with new D-cell alkaline batteries. |
How to clean the feeder? | Use a damp cloth, preventing water from entering the machine. The storage tank, lid, and feeding basin can be cleaned with water. Disassemble according to instructions. Do not place outdoors or expose to rain. |
6. Replacement Parts and Accessories
6.1 Cleaning & Care
6.1.1 Cleaning parts:
Regular cleaning is recommended for your pet's health.
- Food tank, food tray, and lid (without desiccant bag) can be hand-washed with cool or warm soapy water.
- The feeder base is not washable.
6.1.2 Disassembling the food tank:
To disassemble, first empty any food from the tank or chute. Press the unlocked buttons on both sides of the machine, then press the [FEED] button a few times. Push the food tank upward using your thumbs on the buckles to detach it.
