Safety Instructions
Observe the following precautions when using the printer:
[Attention] Do not disassemble the printer yourself. Please read this manual carefully before using.
[Warning] Turn off the power immediately after a fault. If you notice smoke or smell from the printer or charger, unplug the charger and remove the battery immediately. Be careful to avoid burns.
[Warning] Do not use the printer near flammable materials such as gas stations or fuel depots.
[Warning] Always place the printer and charger in a ventilated environment at an ambient temperature of -5°C to 50°C. Always use the charger supplied by the dealer. Using an unapproved charger may be dangerous and may also violate the warranty terms.
[Attention] Do not open the paper cover while the printer is printing, as this may lead to unpredictable conditions and damage the printer.
[Attention] After printing, the print head remains hot. Do not touch it to avoid burns.
[Attention] Do not use solvents such as benzene or thinner to wipe the printer. Do not touch the printer with corrosive chemicals or cleaning agents. Use only a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the printer.
[Attention] Use only original or approved paper, as this may result in poor print quality or damage to the printer core.
[Attention] If you store the printer for an extended period, remove the battery and store it separately. Failure to do so may cause the battery to fail, leak, or damage the printer.
[Attention] Before changing batteries, power off the printer and disconnect the power adapter if connected.
[Attention] The printer operates stably between 0°C and 40°C; however, higher or lower temperatures may degrade print quality.
[Attention] The storage time of receipts depends on the quality of the thermal paper. For long-term preservation, use long-acting thermal paper.
[Attention] This printer is suitable for use at altitudes below 2000 meters and not in tropical regions.
Battery Safety
[Attention] Please read this user manual and battery surface marks carefully before using the printer.
[Warning] Charge the battery in a cool, ventilated room. High ambient temperatures during charging can cause fever, smoke, deformation, combustion, or explosion.
[Warning] The battery has a special protective circuit. Do not disassemble the battery, as this may cause a short circuit or electrolyte leakage. If the electrolyte enters the eyes, there is a risk of blindness. If accidental contact occurs, rinse eyes immediately with water and seek medical attention.
[Warning] Do not squeeze, mechanically vibrate, or shake the battery. Short-circuiting the battery is strictly prohibited.
[Warning] Do not put the battery into water, as this may cause an internal short circuit, leading to heat, smoke, damage, or explosion.
[Warning] Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight, high levels of smoke and dust, or high humidity environments like bathrooms.
[Attention] Replace the battery if it does not meet performance requirements.
[Attention] Keep the battery in a safe place out of the reach of children.
[Attention] If the battery shows discoloration or deformation, stop using it immediately.
When Using Battery Charger
[Attention] Before use, please read this manual and charger surface marks.
[Warning] Do not disassemble or refit the charger. Do not use the charger if the power cord is damaged, as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the charger.
[Warning] Do not touch the charger with wet hands. If the charger comes into contact with water or liquid, immediately cut off the power supply.
[Warning] Do not short-circuit battery chargers, or subject them to mechanical vibration or shaking.
[Warning] Do not use the charger in high-humidity bathrooms. The device is not waterproof; do not expose it to rain or moisture.
[Warning] Grasp the charger when unplugging; pulling the power cord can damage the wires.
[Attention] Place the charger in a safe place out of reach of children.
