Product Overview
The ISONE® 2.1 fire damper is designed for use in tertiary buildings (ERP, IGH) to restore the fire resistance of partitions traversed by ventilation ducts. It is easy to select, install, and maintain, with a single model suitable for all partition types and fire ratings.

Product Description & Specifications
These fire dampers restore the fire resistance of partitions penetrated by ventilation systems. They are equipped with a thermal fusible link, defaulting to 70°C for activation.
Control Options:
- Solenoid coil: 24/48VCC emission, 24VCC or 48VCC break
- Reset motor: 24-48 VCC/VDC
Fire Rating:
- Up to 120 minutes on all standard partitions.
Available Sizes (Rectangular):
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangulaire PM: (Length x Height) from 200x100 mm to 800x600 mm.
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangulaire GM: (Length x Height) L≥800, H≥600, up to 1500x500 mm / 1000x1000 mm.
Applications:
- New construction, Renovation, Tertiary premises.
Main Characteristics:
- Certified and compliant with NF S 61937-5 and NF537.
- CE Marked according to EN 15650: 1812-CPR-1837.
- Airtightness Class C according to EN 1751 as standard.
- EI 120 S-500 Pa rating on concrete walls, cellular concrete, plasterboard type F, and remote mounting (PROMAT/Geostaff).
- Compliant with EXAP EN 15882-2:2015: rules X.45 and X.46.
- Range available from 200x100 mm to 1500x500 / 1000 mm.

- ISONE® 2.1 GM: ≥800x600 mm up to 1500x500 / 1000 mm.
- ISONE® 2.1 PM: 200x100 mm up to 800x600 mm.
Installation Details
The ISONE® 2.1 fire damper can be installed in various partition types:
- Light Partitions (without sealing): Can be installed with a post-mounted frame.
- Recessed Mounting: Suitable for concrete walls, cellular concrete walls, plasterboard walls (Type A for 1h, Type F for 2h).
- Remote Mounting: Possible using the EASYNSTAL kit for PROMAT / GEOSTAF systems.
- Positioning on Light Partitions: Utilizes installation brackets.
- Easynstall Kit: Facilitates installation of rectangular dampers in light partitions (60 minutes).
- Adapter Piece: For connection to oblong ductwork.
- EXAP EN 15882-2:2015: Follows rules X.45 and X.46 for extended recess dimensions.
- Ensure compliance with fire classification reports during installation.
Installation Clearances:
- On concrete walls: X+80 x Y+80 mm
- On concrete slabs: X+145 x Y+145 mm
- On plasterboard partitions (120 minutes): X+70 x Y+70 mm
- On light partitions (120 minutes): X+70 x Y+70 mm
- On light partitions (60 minutes with Easynstall kit): X+70 x Y+70 mm
- Minimum clearance required: ≥98 mm.
