Product Safety Guidelines
- Keep the product dry and avoid high heat.
- Never disassemble, puncture, shock, crash, or incinerate the product or accessories.
- Ensure the Extra Battery Module is installed with the RIVER 600 promptly after unboxing. Pay attention to static electricity during installation.
- Recycle and dispose of the RIVER 600 according to local regulations.
- Supervision is required for children or individuals with disabilities using the machine.
- Do not expose the product to liquids or immerse it in water. Avoid leaving batteries in rain or near moisture, as this can cause short circuits, component failure, fires, or explosions.
- Only use genuine EcoFlow parts. Visit http://www.EcoFlow.com to purchase replacement parts. EcoFlow is not responsible for damage caused by non-EcoFlow parts.
- Never install or remove modules while the RIVER 600 is powered on. Do not plug or unplug modules when the product is on, as this may damage the power interface.
- Operate the product within temperatures of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C). Exceeding these temperatures can cause fire or explosion. Operation below -4°F (-20°C) will severely affect performance; allow the product to return to normal operating temperature before use.
- Avoid using the product in strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environments, which can cause the battery control board to malfunction.
- Never disassemble or pierce the product; this can lead to leaks, fire, or explosion.
- Do not use the product if it has been in a crash or experienced a heavy bump.
- If the product falls into water, remove it immediately and place it in a safe, open area, maintaining a safe distance until it is completely dry. Dispose of it properly. In case of fire, use water or water mist, sand, a fire blanket, or a dry powder/CO2 extinguisher.
- Do not place the machine in a microwave or pressurized container.
- Prevent metal objects from inserting into the device case, outlets, or controls, as this can cause short circuits.
- Avoid collisions and do not place heavy objects on the machine.
- Clean any dirt on plugs or outlets with a dry cloth to prevent abrasion and energy loss.
Product Charging
- Always use EcoFlow approved charging cables.
- Place the product on the ground away from flammable materials during charging. Never leave the battery unattended while charging.
- Do not charge the product immediately after heavy use if it is too hot; allow it to cool to room temperature. The battery may not charge outside the 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C) range. The ideal charging temperature is 71°F to 82°F (22°C to 28°C).
Product Storage and Transportation
- Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical attention immediately if any parts are swallowed.
- Charge the battery before storing if a low-battery warning appears. Long-term storage of a depleted battery may cause damage. Batteries may enter hibernation mode if depleted and stored for extended periods; recharging can reactivate them.
- Do not place the product near heat sources like cars in direct sunlight, fire sources, or heating stoves.
- Store the product in dry environments and avoid contact with water.
- Ensure no small metal objects can fall on or around the product during storage.
- Never transport a product with a battery power level higher than 30%.
Product Battery Disposal
- Dispose of the product in designated recycling boxes only after complete discharge. Batteries contain hazardous chemicals; follow local regulations for disposal and recycling.
- Dispose of the product immediately if it cannot be powered on after over-discharging.
Product Maintenance
- Do not store the product in environments below -4°F (-20°C) or above 140°F (60°C).
- Battery life may be reduced if not used for extended periods.
- Fully charge and discharge the battery at least once every 3 months to maintain battery health.
