2. Description
B1 Main Body
The B1 main body features the following components: Microphone, Doorbell button, Reset 1 button, Status light, Speaker, SD card slot, and an External power port. The back of the doorbell is designed for bracket mounting.
Battery Box
The battery box includes a Reset 2 button, a Bayonet lock mechanism, and a Charging indicator with a Mini USB port.
3. Download the App
Download the Arenti app from the App Store or Google Play. You can scan the provided QR codes to download the Arenti App for free.
4. Register an account
To receive notifications in a timely manner, please click 'Allow' when prompted. Open the Arenti App. If you are a new user, tap 'Create New Account' and follow the on-screen prompts to complete registration. Please agree with the Privacy Agreement.
5. Pair your device
Initial Pairing Steps
Tap the '+' icon to add a new device and select 'Doorbell'. Power on your doorbell; you will hear a welcome sound. The status light should be red and blinking (once per second) to indicate it is powered on and ready for pairing.
Wi-Fi Setup
Select your Wi-Fi network. Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap 'Next' to proceed. If needed, you can tap 'Change WiFi' to switch to another suitable WiFi network for your doorbell.
QR Code Scan
Press 'Next' to display a QR code on your mobile screen. Hold your doorbell approximately 5-8 inches away from your mobile screen to scan the QR code.
Connection Confirmation
Press 'Next' again after hearing a sound from your doorbell. The Arenti App will start to connect to the doorbell automatically, indicated by the status light blinking rapidly and then staying solid blue.
Device Found
Once the pairing process is complete, a 'Device Found!' page will appear. You may choose to edit the device name or assign it to a dedicated room before tapping 'Done' to finish the pairing process. Your paired camera can be viewed at any time from your smartphone, provided there is internet access.
Troubleshooting Pairing Failures
If no device is found and the pairing process failed, please check the following:
- 1. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- 2. Verify the WiFi password entered is correct and that the same WiFi network is used for both the mobile device and the pairing process.
- 3. Confirm the Laxihub device is in pairing mode (the status light blinks red slowly, once per second).
- 4. Check your WiFi for network activity.
6. Live Viewing
The live view interface provides the following controls:
- 1. Return: Navigate back to the previous screen.
- 2. Setting menu: Access device settings.
- 3. Battery status: View the current battery level.
- 4. Volume on/off: Control the audio output.
- 5. HD/SD switch: Toggle between high definition and standard definition video.
- 6. Full screen display: View the camera feed in full screen mode.
- 7. Stream bit rate: Displays the current data transmission rate.
- 8. WiFi signal strength: Shows the strength of the WiFi connection.
- 9. Notification history: Access a log of past event notifications.
- 10. Cloud storage service: View options for cloud storage.
Additional controls include: Screenshot, Intercom (for two-way audio), Record, and Motion Detection.
7. History
You can capture a photo or video during live view or playback. These media files are saved to your smartphone's internal memory. Tap to enable talking (Intercom). Tap to enable motion detection. Select a date to review your playback from the SD card. Tap to search video clips by date.
8. Installation
Before choosing your preferred location, check the WiFi strength/coverage to ensure the doorbell is fully functional.
Battery Powered Mode
- Step 1: Remove the bracket from the B1 doorbell.
- Step 2: Fix the bracket onto the wall using screws and insert the doorbell into the bracket.
- Step 3: Insert the battery box into the doorbell.
AC Powered Mode
- Step 1: Remove the bracket from the B1 doorbell.
- Step 2: Connect AC power (12~24V AC) using your wires.
- Step 3: Fix the bracket onto the wall with screws and insert the doorbell into the bracket.
Double Sided Tape Mode
- Step 1: Attach the double-sided tape to both sides of the bracket.
- Step 2: Stick the doorbell to a clean, flat surface tightly.

Common Issues
What can I do if I fail to pair my Laxihub device?
- Check your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Verify the WiFi password entered is correct and that the same WiFi network is used for both the mobile device and the pairing process.

Does our current Laxihub device support 5GHz wireless?
No - The Laxihub device currently does not support 5GHz wireless connection.
How to change the camera network to another router?
First, reset the device or remove it from the Arenti App, then reconfigure the device via the App.
Why doesn't the device identify the SD card?
It is recommended to plug in the SD card after a power cut. Confirm the SD card is available and formatted as FAT32. The SD card may not be identified if the internet environment is poor.
